PRIVATE FLIGHTS COST THE EARTH
Despite claiming the majority of flights are for business use, research shows that most Farnborough flights are heading to holiday destinations.
Whilst most private jets are up to 14 times more carbon intensive than a normal airliner, these larger private jets are up to 30 times more polluting.

Greta Thunberg, the Red Rebels, and 60 rebel drummers led a march of hundreds to the main gate of Farnborough Airport on Saturday 27th January, brandishing banners and setting pink smoke flares ablaze to demand a total ban on private jets at Farnborough Airport.
The powerful procession, organized by XR Waverley and Borders, even featured the iconic Extinction Rebellion ‘Greta’ lightship.

Who was that message for? Did you imagine the activists flew to COP28? Of course there were a lot of hypocrites at the COP. There was also a very large number of lobbyists for the Oil and Gas industry….they were not hypocrites…they knew what their mission was there.

People who want to carry on business as usual are going to make a very big mess... well, make it even bigger, people are dying every day due directly to pollution and climate change. It's getting worse, do you want more pollution and death or are you nuts? :)

@davebuchan81 When your killing the goose which creating golden egs you don not have enything to invest. Much people think klimate rescuing is a relegion and not a job. That is wrong. I do know as an elder one what we have done yet. And yeah to be mankind has its price. So everyone which is rescuing the klimate should not give birth to a son or daughter. It is a shame to give birth when yet 8 billion people are on earth
