I started thinking about bad things that happened in the past but stopped myself and started thinking about the good things that happened. It did help a lot.
GFL told me for yrs, SIGN OFF all media, political, news related BS. I finally fully listened a year ago. BEST decision on the table. I also have lots of extra energy/time to give on my myself, daughter, dogs & loved ones.
This is just the message I needed to hear. I received a message from my higher self in meditation to pull myself out of the news cycle and feeling like I need to be aware of the polarity to not be caught off guard, and instead focus on what I can control and my internal work. I’ve seen how polarity drives a wedge between me and others, and how important it is to love the people that I feel are the hardest to love. EA thank you for reaffirming this message and steering us back into unity conciousness
This is deeply resonating with me right now … I have been observing people close to me being absorbed into the polarity consciousness believing that that’s what they came here for.., maybe it’s true, but truth changes every moment and I like to not hold on too much to one truth. I am seeing how it’s changed their personalities to the point they no longer are in alignment with my path and we decided to go separate ways for a while… I know they are learning something that I cannot teach them, life is a greater teacher on its own. Not all have the same path. Some watch, some transmute, some are bridging all the gaps between all of us in multiple ways, some are here for the hero’s journey, some want their name this time to never be forgotten, some are innovators and amplifying, some are here just to get their powers, and some are here to just love, some are here to birth the new children, etc etc etc. we awaken in waves and some are Truly here for it ALL! We must grow our own way! 🎉💖🎉
Don't you live in the same reality where thousands of homeless people are on the street? Or do you live in another parallel universe and somehow I can see your comment? In my viewpoint, what you said "I like to not hold on too much to one truth" sounds like you don't want to accept the truth. The truth is that there are evil institutions that are intentionally trying to ruin humanity. I'm genuinely questioning, not trying to fight. When you neglect what the so-called Qnon or whoever conspiracy theorist tells you what their truth is, do the problems go away? Have the problems gone away in your universe? I'm really asking this question so I can learn.

Your energy is so kind and pure and I appreciate this video. I have struggled with suicidal thoughts like you spoke about and a nearly successful attempt is what made me realize that I'm here for a purpose. In the past year I have become aware that my purpose, like yours of teaching/spreading unity, is showing love and kindness in a world that is so full of chaos. I am definitely an empath and feeling the weight of the world is definitely something I've been experiencing. I start crying when I see homeless and injustice. One time I told someone I felt angry for them because of the way other people had hurt them because I could feel their pain and they didn't even realize that what had happened to them wasn't their fault. My goal when I wake up every day is to make someone's day a little better or easier through kindness and love. It wasn't until I learned about star seeds that I realized that this pull toward love and kindness and wanting the world to be a better place is part of a bigger mission than myself. I want to connect with my guides to understand more and how to better fulfill this mission. I've been struggling a lot lately, as a lot of people have, and the kindness in your voice, your smile, and your words felt comforting. So thank you.

Yep, it's been a Major rollercoaster. I've had to work on surrender to outcomes outside my realm. After the new moon peace came in middle of the night and felt the release and no attachments. I could send out love and compassion for others. It's not easy but hang in there. Much love family💕
We should try not to let other peoples' energy and karma effect us. Stay neutral and don't get pulled into agendas that don't let you become your highest self!

For me, it feels like more and more every day, I am feeling removed from it all. Removed from the drama. It's an unusual and a little scary place to be, but somehow it feels right.

I was there too not a long time ago disliking this world for what it is and losing my desire to participate...but let me tell you, once I went down again to battle the 3D reality of my own life and just pulled through with my job, desire to be here, I started not only getting stronger but also getting blessings and fulfillment every day!!!! This was heavy and hit me deep in my gut. I’ve been down that dark hole and it took every ounce of strength to climb back out again. I’m at that connect/disconnect stage right now. So many have left me for my personal beliefs, opinions and my personal choices regarding what I want to do or chose not to do with my body. I’m definitely an empath and I feel on a deep level the emotions of people. For my own family to cast me aside (but they say they still live me) because of my refusal to comply with getting the poke in the arm is deeply hurtful and devastating. I’m trying so hard to take a step back and to remain neutral and see things from their perspective but it’s freaking hard. I’m now learning to set boundaries for myself. It feels a little unnatural because I love so deeply, but for my own mental well-being I must take a step back. Whew! So all this to say that your first part of your message really resonated with me and it felt like you were specifically talking to me. So thank you for your message. It helps me far more than you know. No more deep dark tunnels for me. Boundaries it is. I send all my family and the friends who have left me much love and compassion on their own soul journey. Self love is important, just as self reflection, enjoy spending time alone and make some space within, because your are experiencing alot of different emotions from others energy they're putting out, this isn't yours. Hope you are well and stand strong.

He was coming to me every yr in june in my dreams but I last had one about 4 to 6 yrs ago now so I guess I must have gotten the msg he wanted me to get out to the right person. He was native American a tribe that goes way back but I cant rem which and he drew a symbol in the sand of playground we were at and we were just chatting then he said to let his mother n younger sister know he was ok. It took forever but I was stunned when I found the symbol was for mother. Another friend was his cousin so I told her to tell them I assume she did bc he doesnt come any more

At the time, I was so worried she wouldn’t go to heaven because of the religious beliefs that I held (so weird to look back on this belief knowing what I know now and being who I am now). A few weeks (months?) later, she came to me in a dream and said an angel took her under their wing and she made it to heaven. 🙏🙏🙏

Decided a few weeks ago to move to Florida, I requested a transfer (work for the airlines) and just did it after a failed relationship. The journey continues to let the process unfold. It's scary but I don't fear it. As a star seed, I continue to feel good and I want to teach yoga to people and the community. Just going to let it unfold. As a cancerian like yourself and your partner, the worry of finances comes and goes, but I do not allow it consume me. I remain focused on self care. thank you for your inspiration and kindness EA.

This is what I have been learning. Thank you for sharing your perpective and message! We are all receiving the same teachings 😊 but we are all in different realities and perceptions. From a young age I never understood people that believe something is straight black or white. People that act superior than others. People that like to impose their will and control people lives. I focused so much on this injustice and also had childhood trauma, etc. Over time I attracted more "negativity" and became more surpressed. This last year has been a transformation. Thank you for sharing. It definitely helps with validation. I get excited seeing people in similar spiritual steps.

I'm about halfway through A Course in Miracles (on YT with Tina Spalding), and THE most helpful lesson of all has been to have NO JUDGMENT, about anything, anyone, or any event. Our judgment is what causes our pain. ("OMG, what a terrible thing!!" = pain) We are to become detached observers. We have NO idea of the grand plan and what another's path is, or why. We just have to have absolute faith that everything is working together for our highest good. I love the line from the movie The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel: "We just have to remember: Everything will be alright in the end. I totally get this! I definitely am 100% the incarnation of JC - it makes perfect sense and the universe agrees too! From the date and time I was born to the minute, what I can manifest from bags of money to knowing whats going to happen in the future including the “day” of the big event coming, multiple death experiences, lucid memories and experiences - all quite mind blowing symbolism and synchronicity… but of course because I am the master of my own universal dream world. I am that powerful as is everyone else who realises that they are of theirs too!

Thank you for your loving message. So relevant for me at this time. Boundaries have been huge over these last few months that I've needed to implement. Its been very empowering! I've done this with people personally in my life, Im now seeing that this needs to be done spiritually as well... I was psychically attacked twice this week. Last night being next level. I was watching this video, an with your blonde hair you resemble a angel that came to me back in the winter of 1992. I woke up to a bright light. I did not know if I was dreaming. There was a angel in front of me. It felt like she pushed me down into the bed an she pulled me back up, her face was glowing so bright an her hair was the same color as yours an without speaking. She said to me, Everything was going to be ok, and within seconds she was a pin drop of light an gone. I was rubbing my eyes to try to figure out if I was awake or asleep. An like she said, everything was all right. You look just like her. Thank you for everything you do.
I think I’m on day 8 waking up in the middle of the night multiple times for no reason w this feeling of wtf confusion… I am a master of self care, teach it… so many dreams daily now but lately i am able to see a little about what i am doing in my sleep, getting so many messages and downloads it’s pretty awesome! I have been taking about vibrational navigation since early April 2021 :-) teaching my bf and clients. I love playing w it! Someone got a hole in one in mini golf. I was next and i said i want one! And i focused and boom hole in one! There is so much fun to vibrational navigation!! I love u EA! My first time commenting after listening for 3 years! As many of us do, I too have struggled with keeping myself safe from the energy sponge-like challenges I have around too much negativity. I learned a little trick that a a beautiful senior elder shaman in the Amazon made me aware of. She was asked how she protects herself from her patients while healing someone in much emotional pain. She said she imagines herself protected in a blue egg, while she works. So, for all of you who are this sensitive, I’m here to say that it really is helpful to practice, when we’re feeling vulnerable. Agreed that, especially at this time, Unity is what we must hold tight to. It’s a dependable truth. ❤️🙏to all from an old old fart whose learned a lot the hard way. Be careful of the deep rabbit holes. Take a peek, to see what’s happening behind the scenes, but be careful not to fall in. 🤔
