Fornication has strong spiritual consequences..so there's no positive energy exchange and even if it is it's minimal. You ever notice couple weeks after having sex unwed if you know yourself and are spiritually aware you start feeling differently if they carried depression or loneliness for example and they hid it from you then now you start feeling it now... Maybe they have financial issues then overtime you start having money troubles..you take on their curses when you become one with them. Sex within marriage is blessed and where the true power lies. But we've departed from that.
You must stay abstinent-- pray and ask God to take the layers off...over time the layers will be removed to return you to your true self. It can take years for the cleansing, if you slip and lay with wrong person, that one person can have 50 or more spirits inside them and you put yourself back in the hole...maybe in a worse circumstance.
