I'll try that, hope it works. 😊 My pain starts usually after 2-5 km and it increases slowly. I can run few minutes after the pain appears but then I have to stop. I've found that it helps when I stop and do hip stretching for few seconds. Sometimes I have token several stretching pauses but then pauses are required more and more often and it is not fun anymore. 😬

You most likely need more single leg hip stability! Especially because it happens after you’ve been running for a bit. Try working on a “hip airplane”, I have another short on it!

I have pain in front side hip of left leg my other leg is fine no pain currently i am preparing for 5km the left one starts hurting after i run around 2-3 km. I used to easily run 10km+ privious year had no problem like this back then. i am worried is something wrong with my leg 😭

So this usually happens from weakness in single leg activities! I would work on stretching your calves, hamstrings and hip flexors but really focus on single leg strength!

I have a question. My issue is after a jog, I get sharp pains in my left side of the groin and it lasts for the rest of the day but the next day it seems to go away. But that's what I'm scared of, because the pain is sharp and makes me freeze in a standing position 😭. But yeah...

This is common! Try watching my video on reducing knee pain with running, that motion can help move the hips better and reduce groin pain! Most of the time it’s nothing to be worried about :)

Hip pain can be treated with exercises that increase the strength of the hip muscles, by doing several points, such as: Enhanced support around the hip joint. Reducing the pressure on the ligaments and nerves. Increase hip muscle strength. Do you agree or am I wrong?😕🤔

You are exactly right! Hip pain can come from instability and weakness. So strengthening and training the hip muscles, as well as the surrounding muscles, can help stabilize and support, reducing pain :)
