Honestly, I feel like maining called by could be good. and if your area doesn’t have a lot of kash, then it’s worth considering. Personally I am playing against a lot of Kash so called by is always average /dead. But I know I love foolish burial ☕️

@@cardsandcoffeetcg yeah idk, tbh I’m going to YCS LA and I’m kinda losing confidence in the deck from ash and d-barrier everywhere, I do have a spicy 60-card list for side events I want to test with nadir servants and high spirit to play on opponents turn for those. Kash is def most popular deck but I don’t think it will be above 50% of my matches until high tables

i just play 43 cards tbh, 40 card branded despia just makes it too hard to make room for side deck and non engine. Crossout, called by, fusion deployment and cartesia offer easy ways to play through ash and 12 starters in 43 cards is pretty good consistency. branded in high spirits is something i am considering as it can send albion from extra deck to grave while searching for kitt or cartesia

Since we have lost already, yes we really don’t need to worry at that point. I probably could have been more clear, but yes since we already had access to lost, we really have no reason to not.

Hey! ☕️Expulsion still makes for a great interruption in current meta, even without a target that skips your opponent’s turn. Specifically in the kash match up it can still put a body on their field to prevent them from freely summoning their monsters. Also you can use it as a generic interruption by summoning back an albaz and then use its effect to fuse with an opponents monster, or you could bring back cartesia to quick effect fusion summon. IF you were to tribute an albaz fusion monster, you could bring both monsters to your field. Meaning not you could potentially bring back both albaz and cartesia to fusion twice as an interruption you could even bring back an aluber to search follow up.

Hey! If they go full combo and are uninterrupted then it would come down to what non engine you draw/play. Maybe I can try and do a replay video vs various match ups in the future. ☕️

Hey! It’s Because they need an empty feild to special summon their main searchers from hand. It makes it to where they need to prematurely use extenders to be able to play

I agree, the card can feel win more at times. And you definitely don’t need it. BUT I find that when going 1st it does open up your lines to achieve your combo. And I personally love have more options(as long as it doesn’t sacrifice consistency) But yes I frequently side them out, so I get what you mean. But if anything it actually can help with side patterns. I could probably go back and forth forever haha but in general, I agree with you, it’s not needed (: thanks again for all the support ☕️

I see what your saying, but I guess I’m trying to say since your deck is 80% engine, you are able to draw a wide variety of cards that give you different options when playing into/around ash. But that’s also why some players like crossout. That way they can be more aggressive. Thanks for tuning in☕️ I appreciate it!

Hey! I totally understand where your coming from. Branded can be overwhelming at times and practicing at a timed tournament can be stressful! 1st thing I’d suggest is practice test hands (at home or using dueling book solo mode) to really learn as many basic/ standard combo lines you can. That way when you are on the clock, you won’t have to spend as much time thinking. If you are trying to learn how some of your cards work or interact in a combo, I’d suggest testing on an automated simulator like YGO omega, YGOPRO, or even dueling nexus. Since it’s automated, the game will always remind you of effects that are activating or “could be activated”. Which is really helpful when learning a new deck, because it’s easy to miss things when playing on something like dueling book.(also you can change game setting in the simulators to have long time limits so your not rushed) After you get a better feel for basic combos, and you feel like you are recognizing how and when cards work (because of the automatic simulator) I’d suggest getting off of the simulators and move back to dueling book. This will let you test game play and not be pressured by time, while also letting you experience the game without being assisted by a simulator. Usually this is something I do when learning any new deck. I really find that getting the help from simulators in the beginning really helps, and once I go back to duelingbook, I’m not having to think super long. One last thing I’d do is try and watch as much game play as possible. It always helps to see other players try to approach the game with the same deck as you, and you can learn a lot from just watching along (both good and bad things to do)and putting yourself in their shoes. I’d side bystials but I couldn’t convince myself to main them as long as Kash is the most relevant matchup in the game

In the 3rd combo I have mirror jade up before activating branded fusion ☕️

If Branded Lost is active, Branded Fusion’s activation cannot be negated, however Ash doesn’t negate activation, she negates effects, and Branded Lost doesn’t protect that

@@WackyWahooGuy I believe both activation and effects can't be negated as the line goes as follows: "The activation of your cards and effects that include an effect that Fusion Summons a Fusion Monster cannot be negated" But if I'm wrong, please let me know 😊

@@AS-uy8fg it means that the activation of the effect cant be negated for example when you activate the effect of cartesia you dont activate the card you activate the effect and when you activate branded fusion you activate a card. so branded fusion can negated by regulus or ash even if there is branded lost on the field.
