Thank you for your post! I needed to be reminded of everything you mentioned here. I have felt lonely and I haven't been in a happy place in a very long time, I am doing my best to keep moving forward for it can not be like this forever! Interesting that even though I now know this, it has been so long that at times I do not even try. Nunca dejes de esforzarte y notarás mejoría ,tbm tengo dos hernias de disco se me queda la.pierna dormida etc etc, cuando caigo , me tiro de 2 a 3 meses en cama y luego 2 meses recuperándome haciendo los ejercicios etc etc y luego hasta que venga de nuevo, pero hay que luchar por mucho dolor que tengamos, animo❤

if I may....I think you're looking at the loss, when you should be looking at the gain....some people live a whole life without knowing what real love is, and you had it. For all those who are seeking comfort and peace. I want to tell you that Through one Man we all can access sanctification and peace. To do that we should accept and acknowledge what that Man has done for us. That man lived peacefully and healed people both great and small. I lived in Thailand for ten years and I came to enjoy the spirituality of the place and the people. I befriended monks and learned to pray with them. They taught me how to meditate. I so enjoyed the prevailing peacefulness and much slower, less stressful pace of life compared to the U.S.!? I was happy and content there and wished to never leave. But I developed leukemia and the health insurance I had only 😊

Energy Energy Energy kicked in my body, was feeling exhausted with overthinking in my head. Did a 10 hour shift came back home all tired and doubted feeling exhausted and stressed my entire body cold and numb just becoming sadder and depressed. Randomly came across this when searching for healing music. The first 2 minutes wasn’t feeling anything much but then ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️✨✨✨✨✨✨my calmness started to over power my body and felt so relaxed, as I was getting more and more relaxed and comfortable with my self. I Could just suddenly feel this energy in me out of no where it kept getting bigger and bigger till I could finally get a hold of myself and feel so much better and switched back to my actual self. Guys we live everyday trying to get our stuff together and be better. It’s all part of the process don’t give up keep going till we succeed. So I've learned about soft focus and kinestetik meditation. A lot of my prayer comes from Christian principles and I feel like the holy Spirit is leading us through a massive deliverance. I read a little bit of the bordol thordol and Im interested in continuing my studies. We were going over last night the posture of prayer and what it looks like to come before God. So in Christian meditation .... I call it like an ankor scripture...it's like when you go over a scripture in your mind like you guys have mantras ... So I'm learning about like christian karma ...you reap what you sew right ... There's a couple exceptions .. and christian feng shui Daniels a good one so it's just cool how religions kind of look similar but are worlds apart. Namaste. Or whatever lol be blessed

j'ai adoré la flute tibétaine mais j'étais sacrement torché. mais j'adore les plantes qui zigzags le long des courts d'eaux. Les arbres ont une symbolique même si ils ont une forme de testicule masculin. JE LES MANGES A LA JUL mais toujours avec respect. +
