Nice video, can't WAIT till you do full range test. I own one of these and have 300 miles on it. I ride in San Diego County cities where roads are littered with debris. So after 100 miles and 3 flats I determined the FIRST thing to do is replace tires when you buy this bike $100+. You will notice the rear brake has to be partially removed in order to get tire off as well as the chain, so not nice for tire repair on the road. In 50 miles I heard motor sounding off, removed the motor (far simpler than tire, but you have to get tire off first...so) and found the tiniest amount of grease on gears, easy fix. However the low grease and hills had heated up the motor and now I'm certain a few of the magnets in motor are loose. Which means I no longer hit 30mph unless going downhill. Also pedaling is useless above 15mph, so lvl 2 to pedal and that is 12mph. I don't know if JPVvideo got a different bike, but mine is full power 26amp all the time with speed as limiter. So lvl 1 8mph, twist throttle and you jump forward to that speed. Cruise control is quite random, sometimes it engages immediately, other times up to a minute of trying. fun. Front shocks worthless, bottom out on slightest bump. It does have a very nice ride though after tire change. But distance is BS! 50-60 lvl3 as that is best for non-pedal distance. Lvl3 is 19mph 13amp, lvl2 12mph 9amp(less if you pedal) Lvl 4-5 25-max 25amp. If you really want to go the extra distance be prepared for a VERY long ride as it will be at slow speed. Headlight has no adjustment and light is fairly high, I bent the metal a bit to light up road more. I can not recommend this bike.

I have this bike and I paid for it. I did not get it for free to give it a positive review. You are not going to get 100 miles throttle only unless you completely drain the battery. You can get 70 miles without risking damage to the battery. This bike is 112lb and no one is going to pedal this beast. No one even buys a bike like this if they are going to pedal it that includes pedal assist. All of these e-bike manufactures have false range claims and thankfully EVERYONE knows this. If you can get this bike really cheap and you are willing to have to rep[lace the motor (Aniioki will send you a new motor) and realize that you WILL NOT get 200 miles or 100 miles range then this bike is for you. Now that I have made it this far with this bike I like having the ability to go 70 miles if I want to. I also have the Wallke H6 (They now have a step through model of the H6) and it is made very well but it is built for people that are 6'4" and taller.

That is a amazing value electric bike that offers you a watt hour for less than a dollar, less than 60¢ per watt hour. More bike companies should follow Aniioki route. 2,880Wh yet under 2 grand is amazing though Aniioki must be cutting corners somewhere for it to be that way. Denago Folding 1 with a 672Wh battery should cost $469 NOT $1,499. DYU FF500 should cost $495 not $1,099 let alone $1,899. Oraimo Monster with a 468Wh battery should cost $319 not $599.

Thanks for this demo. I own an e-bike now, but it will only go about 40-50 miles with peddle assist. I think there is a large customer base that wants an e-bike so they can just throttle it the whole time, like a motorcycle. This type of bike fits the bill, and I think this will become more the standard as technology advances.

Yes with pedal assist level 1(about 7-8mph) one supplies about 80% pedaling effort and about 20% electric hub motor assist; now if one further limits the upper speed threshold limit to 8mph(+8mph the electric hub motor cuts out automatically) and if one further also limits the maximum current electric hub motor current draw to only 8amps maximum(+8A supplied to the electric hub motor-the electric hub motor cuts out automatically; then one can even potentially possible even hit probably 300 miles total EV maximum range; if that is actually true then that would be quite literally amazing indeed and a must "no brainer" must by EV bike as their will quite literally be no more EV bike range anxiety any more; for only $1,700
@dsonyay
@dsonyay 10 месяцев назад
If you put that much limitation to the motor I would think it would be difficult to pedal this bike.. they are very heavy bikes from what I can tell. You get out on the road and try to accelerate and add headwinds, cross winds, any type of uphill, And it’ll make pedaling a very laborious process.. in that case a regular 20-25 pound bike is preferred. I kinda feel if you buy an electric bike.. use the electric feature. You’re paying a lot for that feature

Are there front turn signal lights integrated into the headlight? Another reviewer said there were, but they were inoperable. Is the battery and charger UL listed? Can you confidently say the battery and charger from Guangzhou China are of good quality and safe? If this battery spontaneously bursts into flame, it will burn like a rocket engine. Thanks!

I just ordered one two weeks ago, the motor broke after a week but the company replaced it immediately, took about a week to get here at no cost, Also the wheel base is at 24 inches instead of 20 which is how it comes in factory settings so the Top speed isn’t quite true, until that’s adjusted it lies by 4-5 mph, but I think It still can go faster than 30mph if you tinker with the settings.

I was debating between this and the AR and I got the AR when it was on sale and I wish I had gotten this. The range on full throttle drains the battery really fast (about 1.2x ah) and I love how Aniioki has cruise control and the speed is limited by the PAS level so you can drive slower speeds if you want without having to regulate the throttle. The AR does come with original parts, is VERY fast (2000w peak output and has more off road ability which doesn’t matter to me) Get this bike. If anyone wants to trade with a brand new AR, let me know.

If your going to be doing the long range test with the Anii, it would be helpful if you did the full throttle max speed (no pedal assist) until the battery shows 50% down, (we could than judge based on your weight and the road conditions, what it's maximum range distance would have been at 100% depleted battery, by just doubling your odometer result) I've seen a few RU-vid reviews now, where riders/owners are attempting to give us this info, but it's still very much guesswork, but I think only the following is realistic until your video review shows otherwise: Road Condition: (smooth city paved road) Rider Weight : (175 lbs) Max Speed: (If going only 25 MPH) (flat terrain only) Max Range Distance (75 miles is the expected minimum I would guess someone could see, and I'de be very surprised if it broke over 90 miles) Battery Chargel Level: (100%) Weather Conditions: ( 1 to 5 miles per hour in negative wind influence)(Ideally any test for it to be consistent would a wind gust of zero, but, oh well)

In my experience, the range is closer to 90 miles, with mixed pedaling and throttling at around 20-25 mph. But that's still better than any other bike I've seen or tried. One con for me is that the headlight seems to be fixed a little too high for my liking and doesnt appear adjustable. So i have to use an external light to see the ground in front of me at night.

Perhaps I missed it, but is the frame made of steel or aluminum? I couldn't find the info on the site either. Judging from the weight I would think steel, although that could also be mostly from the large battery. But from not appearing on the specifications I would think steel since some tend to think that's a bad thing. I prefer steel framed ebikes myself, but they are a rare compared to the aluminum ones.

I have this bike. It can't get 200 miles unless you plan on pedaling 100 miles and nobody buys a bike like this if they plan on pedaling. This bike comes stock with a faulty motor. My motor went bad after 49 miles. Many others had the same thing happen with the motor (research it). Aniioki did send a new motor without much trouble. So far the new motor works (fingers crossed). I like this bike despite the bad motor and a few other things that are typically wrong with these chinesium e bikes. My friend also bought this bike at the same time I did and he has had the same issues. I am 168lb and I can get 70 to 75 miles without draining the battery to low (minimal hills). If you buy this bike be damn sure to check the rear brake before you ride it. Having only 1/3 of the brake pad contacting the rotor is really dangerous. My friends bike was exactly the same on the rear brake.

You can get 70 miles without risking damage to the battery. This bike is 112lb and no one is going to pedal this beast. No one even buys a bike like this if they are going to pedal it that includes pedal assist. All of these e-bike manufactures have false range claims and thankfully EVERYONE knows this.

I’ve heard this bike has lots of issues, I wanted to get it or the H6 or H9 walkie, but haven’t made up mug mind yet, I have lots of hills where I live and the closest store is 30 miles strait shot there and back, do you have any recommendations, want something fast too, and mostly throttle, I’ve never had a e-bike before so know nothing about them, so any advice you can give would be highly appreciated, thank you for your reviews

I have it set to where I want to ride 100 miles a week, but I have an extended range battery, so how will I know if the range exceeds its limit if it's set from ( 50km - 90km ) on a extended range battery as to using a standard battery which goes at only ( 50km ). What would I have to do to reach the 90km limit on the extended range battery ?

If it takes 7 to 8 hours to charge the bike as it is plugged into an electrical outlet, how long do you think it would take to charge the bike as you pedal with some kind of generator? There are bikes with regenerative braking, but I have yet to see a video showing how much more range one gets from using that kind of system. I have 2 bikes with 2 batteries, and that is what I would want to see. A bike with 2 30-amp hour batteries. That would cut the charging time to 3 to 4 hours, and you would have the safety of a working battery if one failed. You would also be able to distribute the weight of the batteries equally to the front and rear, like my Ariel Rider Grizzly. Also, I would like to see mag wheels. I have mags on my Juiced HyperScorpion. On my Grizzly, I have had to replace broken spokes 3 times so far. Trust me any extra weight or cost of the mag wheels is totally worth it. However, the Aniioki bikes with 60 amp hour batteries are a game changer. At this price point, I would argue that you may regret getting the typical e-bike with 15-to-20-amp hour battery.

Oh it also has a 14 speed rholhoff manual transmission. And the dropper seat post so you can adjust the seat while riding. How did you miss this American made ebike?

Great review! Just a thought. How much does the battery weigh?? When loading in and out the house or on a rack, would it make sense to remove the battery and then move the bike? I know it is extra work but would definitely make lifting the bike a lot easier. I have always been a fan of removable batteries in my bikes and my mobile phones!! I do agree that it has some nice features and would serve well as an auto replacement on many trips around town or on the trail. Thanks!

Great idea!! I think he said batt weight was 30 pounds.. The battery is between 1/4th and 1/3rd the entire weight of the bike, so your idea would remove considerable weight... All and all your idea is great for people with removable batteries... Heck, most people probably remove the batt for charging right after they carry it up the steps anyway!!! Also, i never once heard anyone mention battery removal to, "lighten the load," before now. I wish I had thought of it!! Lol.

$800 battery replacement? Assuming 2,500 discharges x 100 miles all motor = 250K miles ridden. 2,500 charges x 2,880wh (2.9kwh) x $.14 per kWh = $1,015 x 1.15 to allow for 15% loss = $1,167. So cost for electricity to travel 250K miles = $800 + $1,167 or $1,967. Cost for gas at $3.75 national avg. x 30mpg hwy = 8,333 gallons x $3.75 = $31,250. You’d also have 50 oil changes at $50 per so add another $2,500. Figure both vehicles will need brakes and tires so didn’t include. So $1,967 vs. $33,750.

What is the point of an additional NFC Card? The traditional role of the battery key is to remove the key to essentially ''lock the bike'' like removing a ignition key in a car, If the bike already won't turn on the battery without the the battery's key already, than what is the additional theft protection being offered by the NFC card?

this is the closest thing to a perfect e-bike. only three extra things that i would like to see on this e-bike: front rack mount, higher payload capacity for rear seat (something like 180 lbs instead of the recommended 55 lbs) (also slightly longer rear rack) and a hole in the frame so that the bike can be locked safely, otherwise a thief can remove the rear suspension and steal the bike. and a few upgrades like front turn signals, joystick for the turning signals (like move left to turn left and the button automatically moves back to the centre and you have to press it to cancel the turning signal) and an option to change the display for something smaller (like the eggrider)

Probably depends on the rider. The 200 is probably an exaggeration. The weight of rider+cargo would be a big factor, as well as how much they pedal. Also assuming no max speed, not too much stop and go and few steep hills. I think most ranges are exaggerated.
