But what's the advice for those who feel life rather than see it and think it? The exercise made me very ill. I can't detached emotionally. I can't do it watching the TV even. I get so emotionally involved. I can't stop leading with my feelings so I can't be an observer. I feel the world. I feel people. I feel stories/drama on TV and radio. What's the advice for people like me? What about us empaths? Does anyone know, please 😣🙏

If I have hurt my son’s life when he was a child and I repeatedly ask his forgiveness, (I love him so much), he refuses to forgive me. His karma will follow him. Since I was the one who hurt him, can I come back if he refuses to forgive me in this life?
