I think literally everyone who knows jazza was waiting for the other shoe to drop the entire video. Instead we got a lovely cabin and some chill vibes. I think I can live with that... Have a wonderful day, love you all!
I was literally waiting for it to suddenly turn dark and creepy, or suddenly be ruined by Jazza's "too much gene". Even to the end with the zoom out of the diorama lol. Really enjoyed the genuine chill vibes.
This video had me at the edge of the chair, I was in constant fear for Jazza to start screaming and jumping at his usual pace all the time. This is taking terror to a whole new level.
Hahaha I think quite a few of us felt the same way 🤣🤣🤣 but it was actually quite a nice video! Though I had to rewatch it after the initial tense watch lol
Been a huge fan since the early Draw with Jazza days. This is simply the best video you’ve made yet. For me, it’s a tie between this and the animating Spirited Away in under 5 hours video. Both equally spectacular, but this has a very Bob Ross-esque feel to it. Delightful and quaint.
I would watch thus if it turned into a series every day..its so calm and relaxing I found my anxieties melting away while watching. Please do more Jazza!
I was honestly expecting the "calmness" of the video to be suddenly changed by some obscure horror moment, but it lasted through the entire video! I was both surprised and pleased by the Bob Ross type of relaxation lol
While I love the chaos, this was incredibly refreshing and much needed today. It's a little strange seeing Jazza so calm. I can't tell if it's unnerving or if he's just channeling Bob Ross.
I honestly enjoy watching you make something like this where you take the time to make it look as good as you can. I understand that its not possible to give a 110% for artworks all the time. So I really appreciate this artwork
I was slightly anxious throughout most of the video, expecting Jazza to randomly act chaotic at some point... but I was pleasantly surprised when I finally realised the video was as it was presented. Love any type of content from the channel.
This felt like an amazing little mental health checkpoint, getting to take a break with 15 minutes of super chill and cozy cabin building is very satisfying. Love the change of pace in this one, it really helped me feel relaxed and even got me inspired for my own projects
I know this video has been out a couple days but I hope you end up coming back and somehow see this. This video genuinely brought a tear to my eye and was really what I needed after a hard week. I hope you realise just how much of a positive force you are both here on youtube and in the wider world. Your videos are always just brimming with positivity, even when things don't go as well as you would have liked. You teach us about enjoying the process, rather than working toward the main goal. I think that really shows in your channel too. Here you are at 6 million subs (and I'm sure there will be many, many more to come), but I get the feeling from having watched you for a good while that you enjoy what you are doing so much, that the success you've had isn't the main goal here. Loved this change of pace and genuinely felt like I was allowed to take 15 minutes to relax out in nature, inside my tiny log cabin. Thanks Jazza, keep doing what you are doing, you are the best :)
Since I was introduced to Jazza by watching his mental break down during Passpartout and French Jazza, I was so taken aback and slightly worried during this one. But then I saw the twinkle of insanity in his eye at 7:42 and was all reassured and ready for the rest of this relaxing video. :) But seriously, I love this channel and I thought this project was wonderful, as always!
I see that not only did the audience love this change of pace and style but you seemed to love it too. You are very welcome to explore all the different kinds of videos you want. We love it all no matter the pace. Keep it up Jazza
You have got to be one of the most enjoyable people to interact with. Seriously, you are literally the most honest and sincere people on the platform that I know of. You are just the right amount of innocence and dark humor, and also just a joyful person in general. Whenever I get home from school, you're the first person I truly want to see on RU-vid and it's always a joy to watch your videos. I'm not even a good artist but I try to draw to the best of my ability and you are literally the art teacher I wish I had. Actually, I don't have an art teacher but if I did, I would want nothing more than for it to be you because you honestly just seem like the type of person that anyone can trust and lean on when they need it. You remind me of the characters in the movies and TV shows that are just big teddy bears that not a single soul could truly dislike. I feel like you could find the upside to everything and I honestly think that even the most evil of supervillains couldn't even insult you because you'd take it as a compliment and give one back. Thanks for the content, Jazza, and sorry for the 10,000 page book lol. Just know that not only are you a huge inspiration to me and everyone else, but also you give amazing tips and just bring a happy environment to everyone's lives. Thanks, Jazza. Croinky, mate!
Sometimes I worry that Jazza’s channel will turn into the typical youtube “loud = funny, over the top clickbait thumbnail, throwing money everywhere” type of content, but videos like these are such a breath of fresh air. I think they’re just as entertaining as the usual chaotic Jazz’s content
It was pretty much almost like you said on his channel, but he decided that he doesn't want that, that he wants to go back to how HE wants to operate his channel, despite the algorythms causing problems, so now, even though he still does some adverts, and a bit loud. The adverts are targetted mostly at people who want to start making art, and doesn't collide with the channel's topic. About his character: He's obnoxious, but consistent. But seriously, he likes chaos, but can surprisingly be very calm and wholesome
The music, the dialog, its amazing how Jazza nailed the tone of pretty much every cabin youtuber. lol but seriously i loved the change in pace here. no adds. no crazy edits. just a cool project from an authentic dude. thanks jazza
This reminds me of how the ‘Bon Iver, Bon Iver’ album cover was created. Mixing painting with natural elements along with bits of real nature. It has that same “cozy cabin in the woods” aesthetic.
Honestly I was expecting something crazy at the end with Jazza letting all the chaos free after containing it through the whole video but I'm so glad I was wrong, no matter what he does is always fun and entertaining to watch. Both crazy and calm Jazza are amazing! ❤️
I kept waiting for Jazza to pop into some crazy adventure thing, and then the end came and there was no crazy and all my anxiety just melted. Nice. Like, actually just a super chill miniature build with no surprises, just peaceful and beautiful tiny happy place. This is awesome. Gj.
This was a nice change of pace, a time I could stop and just relax, the music was calming, and I didn't need to think to hard thank you Jazza for another amazing video.
This was incredibly peaceful and soothing and the end result was absolutely beautiful. I love the high energy videos, too, but I do have to hope there'll be more of these! Thank you, so much, for the quiet moment to recharge and appreciate why we bother with the rest of everything.
"Stop scrolling and watch me build this tiny log cabin." I sure will! It's been a long week (mom health issues, dog needs surgery, A/C went out, etc), so this was a very welcome break :) Thanks, Jazza. You're pretty great, too!
Fantastic. I absolutely love watching “ over the top Jazza”. But this was very calming. Reminiscent of Bob Ross. I’d love to see you do one of these every couple of months. A deep breath in between the frantic pace of your other videos. Two thumbs up. 👍👍
This was your best embodiment of Bob Ross really :))) The way watching him make something simplistic and beautiful and just listening to his soothing voice takes all your troubles away 😊
Watching diorama videos have become my favorite pasttime. It’s cool to see you tackle this medium. I hope to see many more of these! They are very relaxing. My favorite diorama creators include Studson Studio, North of the Border, and Boylei Hobby Time. I recommend them to anybody looking for more of these to watch. Studston Studio focuses on using trash and recycled bits and bobs to create his crafts, North of the Border seems to specialize in sculpting, and Boylei Hobby Time seems to focus on cool landscape dioramas that include electronics.
That cabin looks like the best place to spend away when it becomes colder, peacefully drinking tea/hot chocolate/coffee and away from everything. I usually don't comment a lot, but I thought I'd share my thoughts. I also hope that everyone reading this comment has a good day! :)
A Dremel tool would help with roof, doors and windows. And by the way, you're totally bringing that soothing Bob Ross voice to this one. If Bob Ross had an Aussie accent...
My mom's boyfriend, a dear friend to me and someone who has been really good to her for a while, passed yesterday. This video being a departure from the norm and focusing on the calmness and serenity of art and creativity really helped me. I really appreciate you releasing something so reflective Jazza. Thank you.
I can honestly say that I never have heard anyone but Jazza say "Higgledy Piggley" but once in my entire nearly 35 years of life and that was in this video and will probably never hear it again unless he says it again. It reminds me of the supermarket stores up north in Georgia called the 'Piggly Wiggly'. 😂🤣😂 Thank you for yet another video, Jazza. Much love. 💜🖤💜
Wow Jazza! I really love the peace, the quiet and tranquility that you passed to me through your video. It was so peacefull to watch, and yet so fulfilling to see someone so passionate for something finish their artwork. No fear of error, being vulnerable or usual frustration and impatience that most of us artist experience! I really hope that you continue to the things that you love, and bring us so much peace and that sense of fulfillment at the same time. May God bless you very much! 🙏❤️ Thanks for inspiring us to get to action 😁😄😉
I needed this. I didn't know it until I finished the video and actually took a few breaths... I desperately needed this, the calm, the easy tutorial like approach, the space to breath a little. A heartfelt thank you, Jazza, for bringing me peace and quiet in a tumultuous moment in my life.
Wow... that was so refreshing. The end of it I took a deep breath and just felt some stress fall away. I enjoy the crazy and the wild, but I really needed this today, thank you Jazza.
That was an incredibly pleasant video, thank you for that! I really appreciated this change of page and the chill tone. Strong Bob Ross energy. It would be pretty great if you could make more videos like this one, once in a while :) To everyone reading this comment, take a deep breath, and have a great day :)
I have to say... I was suspicious of the calm Jazza in this video and I half expected a sudden change in tone at any point. But then I just went with the change in tempo, as I highly appreciate slowed down content like this, and thoroughly enjoyed everything about this project. The whole vibe was just what I needed and I didn't even know it. At the end, there were genuine tears in my eyes because I was able to let go of some of the stress that has built up over the last few days. Thank you, Jazza! ♡
Honestly Jazza, thank you for this. I never expected to be brought to tears by a simple video of you making a tiny log cabin, yet here I am wiping away tears! I live in America, and it’s a bit scary at the moment for someone like me. Couple that with seasonal depression, and I’ve been in a bit of a slump recently. This was so wholesome and heartwarming, like a video version of a warm hug from someone who loves you. Thank you again for this. 💙
You can do it. Life is like photography, you use the negatives to develop. Ships don’t sink because of the water around them. They sink because of the water that gets into them. Don’t let the water get in and weigh you down. You got this. Keep going
This video was so cahrming, so inspiring. I love things like this. Miniatures hold a special place in my heart, I'd love for this to grow into something bigger, like a small, humble village.
I honestly loved this. It's so cute and such a different but calming pace from normal. If you could just make a playlist where you just assemble a whole frontier town that would be amazing. 🤩
I love, love, loved this video. That little cabin is so cute. The little shingles for the roof were perfect. You should do more of these types of videos every now and again. Tbh though, I did think that you were going to come out of your calm zen-ness and set fire to your little cabin or something. Glad you didn’t. On another note, you have a nice soothing voice in this mode. Cheers mate! Keep up the great work.
This was wholesome and priceless beyond words! Totally something I could see Bob Ross watching, following, and thoroughly enjoying. I loved when you brought out the foam block to place it on and "Give your home, a home" A million Thankyous!💞👍😁
I’m loving this chilled vibes type of video. I have only just revisited this channel recently and I remember Jazza’s videos being kind of hectic. Like the time he drove blindfolded, for example. This kind of video is really nice tho!!
Ive been watching your video's for years now. Started when I was at rock bottom. 3 years ago I was lucky enough to go back to uni and start leaning 3D modelling and animation. Your art and approach to art has really helped me feel human again. I say all of this because I was finding it hard today and you dont know how much I needed this video. I love you man. Keep up the amazing work.
I have a hard time describing the intense calmness I experienced when I had my Snufkin dreams, but this video creates that intense calmness to the point I don't even need to try putting feelings into words. Thank you, Jazza, for this video.
It's so cuuuuuuute!! Happened to have a fresh cup of coffee to watch this with too. Always fun seeing what a well rounded guy you are. From chaos to serenity. Love it all!
Ok, i seriously LOVE this change of pace and the serenity that emanates from this video and in my opinion, you should do this as a series(if you can and want😃, but, again, please NEVER stop your chaotic and over the top videos, i couldn't do without them either😊 anyway, love you loads jazza and keep doing what you're doing 🤗🤗
Who loves you Jazza.....We do, We do. This was just plain sweet. I felt like I was watching a child's program from the 50's...my kind of era. I want to try this and incorporate a chimney with smoke and a flickering candle light in the window. And little wildlife animals outside. I can see it coming together. Thank you again for your inspiration Jazza, you're the greatest. Peace up.
Due to timezone shenanigans, Jazza’s videos always upload in the morning for me, usually just after I wake up. It’s a nice way to start the day and this is even more. I’ll probably re-watch this video to unwind every once and a while.
This hit the right spot! I had a nerve wracking exam and this was really calming 😌 it was like Bob Ross in crafting. please more of these calm videos in-between!!
Honestly, this change of pace was much needed. I know this is how youtube works, everything has to be loud to be seen, but a calmer video where you focus on doing something is actually so much more interesting to watch!
Please make more of this, I love the calm cozy energy you get from these videos. It ended up looking so nice, hope you inspire more people, you definitely inspired me.
Oh it's like watching Bob Ross paint. Everything's calm and peaceful and you don't have to worry about anything, just watch the masterpiece come together, everything is going to be alright.
This was such a nice change of pace and really tuned out awesome! You channeled your inner Bob Ross and made an amazing little cabin and world. Your normal videos are cool and all but this being so calm, enjoying the moment was great. The final reveal shots were so well produced so great job to you and your team for making it look so realistic! I hope you do more like this, especially your miniature work, which looks great! This might just be one of my favorite projects you've ever done!
I absolutely loved this video!! I’d love to see this calm tone of Jazza to return again soon! It’s a great reminder that art doesn’t always have to be explosive with ingenuity or bizarreness… sometimes the simplest and gentlest pieces are the most rewarding and satisfying.
This is the perfect end to a crazy evening I've had. My 9 month old threw up all over me after my almost 3 year old was crawling and chasing him around the kitchen table. I saw this video and sat with a nice glass of wine and was finally able to relax with your voice being all calm and soothing. I love your usual videos but this was just what I needed. Thank you Jazza and team
This was a joy. Same energy as Boylei Hobby Time, just a good time crafting and watching someone talented do something they enjoy. Love your usual stuff as well, but this was just delightful.
This change of pace is absolutely divine. Glad to see a different branch of your content interest, I would love to see so many more like this. It's really giving Internet Bob Ross.
i wish more of his videos were like this. I feel that this video wasn't rushed or flashy. I watch jazza for a long time and I feel that his newer content is made to just get a click. I wish his content was made from passion and the heart since that's what I feel art should be.
I fully agree, as a long time jazza viewer, I really miss the passion and coziness of his older videos. The recent videos feel clickbaity, and like they’re made just for the algorithm. It was really nice to just watch him make something it felt like he genuinely enjoyed making
I agree, but I think Jazza wants more than just a youtube art channel. He is so multi-talented and hard-working and I think he is still feeling unsatisfied with his success.
I share the same feeling, I also think that now that he has a big team, big and well-equipped studios, he can try new and more "grandiose" things. So it's only natural that he enjoys it and even if it's very clickbaity,-content, you can see that he still has fun doing it. I say that while not being a fan at all of this kind of content (for example the one with the mop painting or the pendulum painting, which was very painful to watch due to the ridiculous waste of paint...) and the result at the end are just meh. So it's not for me. But fortunately, he knows how to counterbalance with videos like this one, much more creative and minimalist, and above all more calm with a more relaxed rhythm! Love the result, the cosiness and the passion, creativity and talent t that you can feel through this video.
Ok jazza. It's so calming,I really needed this to get my dead cat out of the way and think about everything I've been through hard and good times, thank you jazza.
Wow. This was relaxing but so entertaining and funny at the same time. I also learned the basics of building a cabin, I feel much more prepared for the apocalypse! Loved the chill lovely endcard.
this is so bizarre to see from jazza, but this is also one of my favorite style of art videos. i just find dioramas models and terrain so fun to watch be created.
Imagine someone seeing this video without already knowing Jazza, and then go on to watch his other videos to then realise that his videos usually are so energetic and funny.
I love high energy content and I love you, but these kind of slow, calm vibes are exactly what we need - these days more than ever! Please consider doing more of these!
The whole time I was watching, I was waiting for something outlandish to happen or some sort of joke or skit to pop up! But I liked the vibe of this! Super calming and oh so cute! Nice one, Jazza! 🥰👏👌
I enjoy wood carving, terrain building, dioramas, and bushcraft videos. This was a nice intersection. Fun to see a project I have the supplies for already (more or less).
This is what I specialize in. I love making small scale homes of different sizes. It's very relaxing like Jazza portrays in this video. But mine takes a lot longer than 3 days because I go for tons of details, and I always make interiors for each house too. I make the roofs detachable so you'll get a nice surprise when you look inside. I loved this video because Jazza did a great job, but I what I loved more was the ambiance he created in the atmosphere and how relaxed he is. That's me with every house I create 💖
This was really fun to watch. I love the calm, rustic aesthetic. Only one quibble...where's the chimney? You can't have a cabin in the woods without a fireplace, can you? Seriously though, I wish I could make something like this. The idea of making a landscape that looks natural is really daunting.
No. This is clearly a post catastrophic global warming house just 2 years from now. The snow you thought you saw in the diorama, was globally dispersed ash from the remains of much of Russia, after Putin accidentally dropped the Tsar Bomba on himself in 2023. The outside temperature around this tiny house Tasmanian cabin is to be about 34 ° C in Winter circa 2024, so no fire will be needed. In fact in 3 yrs or so all fires may become illegal in Australia, including cigarettes/candles. Even 'shrimps on Barbies' will be a thing of the past. "Hey, get off her Ken! " The warm glow evident was solar lights shone through a glass of stale XXXX beer. Sorry to dispel the Bob Ross like, illusory , comfortable world, that even the likes of me entertained on first watching this video masterpiece. Delving into Jazza's meta-text it soon became apparent his was a pointed dystopian commentary in disguise! 🤪
I know we are used to our crazy screaming Jazza, but oh gosh did I enjoy this change soooo much. Such chill vibes, I watched this from beginning to end and just let myself get drawn into the little cabin world. I am so hoping you keep up doing these type of videos Jazza in between your more "crazy fun hysterical" ones (which I also like). You would be a fitting legacy to Bob Ross. I was totally convinced you were going to put a little light in there Jazza, to illuminate the cabin from withing when dark since you had made a hole in the floor of the base. And seriously? no curtains? does that little window cabin not look sad and lonely without some tiny little curtains? And no animals? no tiny little bird hovering nearby? Jazza, you need to finish this off please. We need those final touches to make a lovely piece, PERFECT.
That was very nice. After a stressful day of being at the doctor's for the last five hours, I enjoyed being able to come home and relax. Very soothing, thanks for that Jazza.
@@kailundsgaard2988 Oh, thank you! As okay as I can be with chronic conditions, I assure you. Doc and I are just trying to fix things so I can improve my quality of life.
