W Opinion on difficulty, too many people want every new event to be incredibly difficult and that’s just not fair to low spending, F2P or new characters. That’s bad game design and can end up nuking a solid portion of the community who would get frustrated and leave.

I just realized something: Chain Battles are like draft leagues in fantasy football. Sometimes I have the players to get good results and sometimes I have to sit out for a season because of my lack of resources (and desire to grind the game for hours on end). I wasn't losing anything by not playing, but I was getting rewards for participating, even if my box wasn't the strongest. I will say, a skip feature for the animations would've helped out a lot

I love when Dokkaners make suggestions for the game, like reducing the powercreep speed or pull rates or etc etc. Right! Like after nearly 10 Years, Dokkan is gonna suddenly change how it operates

What I didn't like about Chain Battle is that it sometimes forced you to have multiple copies of the same f2p units rainbowed in different awakenings to fill the roster, which was not even for yourself, it was for your 'friends', which you hoped they were doing the same (majority wasn't). And, quite often those max f2p units, never return as boosted in Chain Battle.

14: Dokkan has already done that many times. They just made bosses immune to everything and disabled Dodge + damage reduction. And, it wasn't fun. And, even with the current difficulty, and the difficulty when those immune bosses were prevalent, these are still not the hardest times we had in Dokkan. The first SBR battles were the hardest because of the lack of units. 15: LR Agl Blue Goku & Vegeta should NOT have had a transformation mechanic. Should have been directly an LR Vegito Blue unit.

AGL Vegito Blue isn't amazing, but there were a few Buu Red Zone missions where he was basically necessary on global if you didn't have AGL SSJ3 Goku.

Most vegitos problems steam from goku and vegeta, that being the fact they don't stack defense on the 12 ki super plus the fact they lose their gaurd and defense the turn before they can transform.

when they came out everyone said that zamasu teq was better..... at the moment zamasu teq can't be brought to any event, while now I've always taken it everywhere and it has always done its dirty work.... . really underrated because people now in Dokkan are just blinded by the high damage

I never understood how to play chain battle. Burst Mode is definitely the best mode they've made so far but I wish it gave more rewards.

Transformations do need to be reworked. They shouldn't reset a characters build up pre-transformation. They should retain the stats and improve when transforming, not get subjectively worse by losing their stats.

Here's my dokkan hot take: Make Pettan and Burst Mode permanent modes that refresh monthly for updates and reward granting (like if you surpassed your old high score on Burst Mode) These modes, especially Pettan, are going to die like Chain Battle if we as a community dont get off our asses and start talking about it, I'm telling y'all.

I disagree with LR Buu Duo being one of the most disappointing units; especially now, people forget that the meta they came out in is already a LOT different than the current meta or even the fusion zamasu meta. In the 8th anni meta, after one set of stacks in turn 2, they were tanking almost all normals, did a ton of damage for the time, and by their second appearance after those stacks, only top tier supers could kill them. But by then, their standby was available, and their standby was by FAR the strongest defensive unit in the game at that point in time. Then their standby also had the strongest offensive mechanic in the game, or only #2 behind the GT duo, only because they had the crazy support and could stack attack beforehand. So many forget what that era was like, the Fusion Zamasu or even Omega event hadnt come out yet, the hardest events were either Cell Max stage 1 or arguably Syn Shenron, and Buu Duo did great in both. You couldnt stack very much against Cell Max, but you had the standby by the time you got to the TEQ phase, and their standby could tank his supers no problem.

Burst mode is the most under utilized event in dokkan it has some decent replay ability and you can pretty much use w.e team u want and still have a challenge.Ppl need to use it more

My opinions on Chain Battle, at least, come from playing it and not from Twitter. Even with a guide it is was ungodly annoying to figure out what characters would give good scores. Don’t need the bird app to know it was a frustrating event.

The correlation/causation fallacy is where there is a case (A) and another case (B), and you try to connect the two by saying A causes B or B causes A based on the fact that they are correlated/related with one another. This is a fallacy since just because A and B are related to one another they do not necessarily mean/imply that one causes the other. You CAN say that every Dokkan original character has amazing animations but has aged poorly, and you CAN say that the meta ramps up too quickly. Both are independent opinions and pose no real problems as they are. However, you CANNOT say that Dokkan original character animations age poorly BECAUSE the meta ramps too quickly. It does not make sense and does not flow logically, thus it is a fallacy and is untrue. Another simple example of this fallacy would be if a person is wearing a suit with a blue necktie while it is raining. If you were to say, "Oh, this man is wearing that blue necktie because it is raining!" That would be a correlation/causation fallacy because you correlated the blue necktie with the rain and jumped to the conclusion that the rain must have caused the man to wear the necktie even if he didn't.

If vegito was an automatic transformation by turn 4 I wouldn’t dig on the unit as much.

Agl vegito himself is good but the power creep hit him HARD especially with his base form aka the blue bois those guys SUCK horribly and the conditions of them transforming make them even worse because most bosses either do too little damage or THEY blowing the fuck out of the event in one super

Take #14 is so mid because more than half the major fights in the game don't even allow our debuffs to be used, there's very little major fights that allow you to lower boss atk/def or seal/stun

i find dmg reduction better then dodge for two reason, 1 is that dodge can be canceled eventually which turns out alot of dodge builds are gonna suffer from it while dmg works always cus of math stuff that i can't explain properly cus i play dokkan, 2 is dmg reduction is rare to get above 70% cus you realize that they are way more scared to make dmg reduction units cus they last so much longer then any other unit, hence why red ssj3 vegeta was great for tanking for super long also they gave bosses dmg reduction and it turned to make the bosses waaay more tougher
