I agree some people take the hands thing way too far into the swing. I think you can initially take hands to the ball but that barrel is number one priority if you want to hit the ball it’s hardest and have consistent contact! Great job and great swing

Thanks, some old fart was trying to get me to do this. I just did it so i wouldn't have issues with the team because ive already been payed for. I figure ill get some use off their pitching machines and get the practice out of the team since they've got some good practice stuff. I'm not ever gonna throw my hands at the ball though lmao.

Contrary to popular belief we actually have had kids come in for instruction that have been told by other instructors to take the knob to the ball. This creates hand that are low or even height with the ball and a bunch of roll over ground balls. Understanding, you can still hit with bad movements and make contact on a good spot of the ball, resulting in a good hit.....but are we aiming for bad swings with good results, no! We look for good swings and consistent results!
