Ok! Sooooo the title may be a little clickbait but I had to catch your attention 😂
So this winter I have realized that my skin thrives better when I only use a face cleanser once a day (at night), instead of twice a day in the morning and at night. My skin doesn’t feel dry, stripped, and my skin barrier remains healthy.
If you have dry or sensitive skin I strongly encourage you to give this a try. If you have acne prone or super oily skin I still recommend for you to do what’s best for your skin and perhaps use a cleanser twice a day.

You got me with the click bait lol But Dr. Dray and Dr. Alexis Stephens can back you up on not over washing. The frequency of washing can depend on season, skin type and atmosphere of the region someone's from. I have eczema and with the heaters blasting in the winter, I only wash once a day. I don't even dry my face because I need all the hydration I can get lol

Heyyyy do you feel like there is a better moisturizing toner for the melanin skin? Never heard of the one you used in the video…. Love ya I’m learning a lot

I love the one I used in the video and there’s others out there. It’s all about trying things and finding the one you like for yourself. I also like the one rose water one from the brand The Heritage Store and the one from glow recipe.

Hydration is key!!! I've been using the CosRx snail mucin essence and I love it. I use a super gentle non foaming cleanser by Cetaphil. Has this morning routine change your makeup routine any, especially under eye concealer? I recently had to change my under eye moisturizer to a less moisturizing one in the morning because it was causing creasing.

I love the Cosrx snail mucin. It’s so hydrating! My morning makeup routine hasn’t changed. I like to inform people to use a gel or light eye cream in the mornings and a heavier eye cream at night.

I normally do this routine in the Morning, especially if go heavy on the moisturizer and serum at night. I use the La Roche Posay Spring Water Spray.

Hey Love & Loves Squad💗💕🥰 Happy 2024. I have dry skin FULL ON DRY 🤣💀 ( I said what you said 🤣 hot mess ) 3:06 A Must! I love the applicator wand. Roller Ball… like a Jade or Bead! 4:15 I never forget my neck or feet 🤣🤣 My Adult Eczema will be messing with me all night. I have acne breakouts due from hormones ( only be like 1 tiny one or two ) But not major like a teen ( which I only had 4 🤣🤣 ) I notice that, I can’t use cleansers everyday. It cause skin irritation and redness.BORN WITH SENSITIVE SKIN 😩 Love your recommendations, night time routine ☀️☀️🌻✨✨👑 Radiant. I would say my main focus for 2024 is my dark lids and circles which are going away slowly.

If you feel like your skin needs to be cleansed twice a day with cleanser still do it. I share in the description area that people with very oily skin or acne prone skin may want to continue to do what’s best for their skin types.
