People generally don't really care about the design of the weather app, they want something that is easy to read, accurate and reliable. Not a 40$ money pit that is not worth replacing your current weather app with.

Living in the mountains, I don’t care what the weather app looks like 🤣 I just want the most accurate forecast, most local forecasts are about 60% accurate 3 days ahead, might as well flip a coin. I’ve found Apple weather to be closer to 75%, which is better than anything else I’ve tried.

I came across this app too watching MKBHD video about the iPhone 15 and i lowkey love it for real, only bothersome is that subscription really, it’s kinda ridiculous

The Apple weather app is completely fine and I love it. It’s minimalistic and shoes me the information I need and a lot of it. I don’t need to have fun while looking at the weather

If you rotate the main page showing the degree fast enough it’ll unlock a New Skin for the app. It’s nice👌🏻

New update is crazy. All the info I was missing like day to day weather and other breakdowns of UV index, rain, hourly, etc.

Apple Bought Dark Skies which I was mad about because it was a paid app… anyway they bought it and use the technology which also includes every iPhone barometric pressure sensor (barometer)

Not boring are great in concept but ie removed over half of their apps. The ones I recommend are the vibes app(for pompodoro focus like ended) and the timer(because of the music change you get after going over the set time) I don’t recommend the weather or calculator however.

Really cool design, won't replace the perfectly useful and FREE app that comes with the phone, at the end of the day you just need to see the info, and if it's behind a pay wall, or mixed with ads, not worth it.

Windy is waaaaay better. It shows all types of information from weather to even co2 emissions and wind directions. And it’s free

As the owner of a weather service I decided to test out this app, and sure the design is nice but the accuracy, well yeah it's terrible. I am sticking with the NWS, I will take accuracy over design any day.

I deleted this app after a while, because It was too much over designed, I just need a simple app. Now I switched back to Android and I missed "Warmer than Yesterday" so much!

Dark Sky is no more 😅 apple integrated it but seems still only minimal features have made it in so far.

This was free at first and i used it religiously and all of their other apps from not boring company now its not so fun

Now we can actually have fun while looking at the weather to avoid talking to girls that actually show up at parties.

No thanks, default app do the job and it’s free if you don’t mind the price you already paid for the phone. I just need notifications about severe weather, for other situations i got windows and eyes.

Accuracy is everything-- what weather service does it get its information from?? If it isn’t Weather Channel, it isn’t accurate. That’s why I’ll always use the WC app over Apple Weather!
