I might go bald later in my 30s lol, happened to my dad but not to my maternal grandpa. And since i started my meditation, i learned that things like drinking are low vibrational habits, alcohol once in awhile is ok but frequently is very destructive. I also learned the energy conservation technique on my own too, put in too much energy on anything and you'll lose productivity. I talk to girls in the gym that emit a good aura also, feels good to do it lol. Be careful about your bragging tho Matt, your youthfulness is temporary
