I'm an aspirant and I always used to watch shorts in my break time but for past 2 weeks since my exams were done, I have felt so addictive to YT shorts and the symptoms you have told, I can feel that, it's getting difficult to watch long videos also I feel irritation in small things ..I was worried about my concentration but definitely from today onwards I'll try to stop this habit. بلکل درست کہہ رہیں ہیں چند ماہ قبل یوٹیوب پہ مووی ری ویو کا چینل سامنے آیا تو ایک مووی کا ری ویو چیک کرلیا انہوں نے 15 منٹ میں ساری مووی ایکسپلین کردی تو اس سے چسکا سا لگ گیا اسکے بعد کئی موویز ایسے ہی دیکھی اب دو ہفتہ قبل نیٹفلیکس کی سبسکرپشن لی تو ایک مووی شروع کی لیکن ساتھ ہی پیشنس جواب دے گیا اور نیٹفلیکس بند کردیا اور افسوس ہوا کہ کس چکر میں پڑ گیا مووی دیکھنے کا مزا ہی برباد ہوگیا ہے اب موویز ایکسپلینیشن والا دیکھنا نہی چاہتا لیکن پوری ڈیوریشن والی مووی دیکھی نہی جاپاتی 😢
