Stopped by Inspectors - My colleague Said - Bulls**t 

Yup very much the point if the inspector with the issue had came over and asked the questions it would of been a different story. I could see the inspector that asked the questions more then likely believed me over his colleague. Just ashame that his colleague with the problem didn't come forward. Overall I kept my nose clean and never had many interaction with the inspectors

I was when I pulled in. But they didn't help the matter by pulling me on something stupid when they would of known who was driving the bus so could of questioned it later

It's something you get use to and take no notice of them basically coz that night the named people was working and they had my back and nothing ever came of the chat they had with me

@@stevecampbell7589 I agree they was doing there job. However the inspectors knew the situation and was aware of what was going on as you can clearly hear. From this nothing ever came about because they was talking utter rubbish and they knew it. The part that got me was the inspector doing the questioning didn't have an issue in his words it was a colleague. If his colleague whom also was an inspector had a question or issue then He should of questioned it not got someone else to do the work for him. When I was at stagecoach everything I filmed was above board and the ops manager notified the inspectors so situations like this didn't happen.

@Mancbuses are you not at stagecoach now? I can't imagine going back on the buses. I drive a wagon all over the country camping out. It has its drawbacks, but still better than picking up people. I hardly speak to anyone in my working week. Which suits me. I spent a night in Manchester last night. Outside the Costco Petrol station at the Trafford Centre opposite the bus layby and had my first Tim Hortons burger. I'm up near Glasgow now in Rothwell Services

to be fair this was the first time they had confronted me but there would and were many reports made by them according to my ops manager which he just filed in the bin as there was permission but some of them knew better

they do a different range of Jobs some days revenue inspecting (Tickets) but the main day to day is like blacky in on the buses they help run the buses out in the field making changes etc to help services run and to catch drivers out doing things they shouldn't be doing

Yes this was his colleague who didn't want to approach me believed I had been told to stop filming when it wasn't true I had came to an agreement with the ops manager and was allowed to continue under some terms and conditions. However the inspector clearly either never listened or was trying to cause issues. I never heard anything from his questions or report so I guess the ops manager had my back. But this did put me off as I just didn't want the hassle out on the road. So at the time what was a good thing and the ops manager loved the idea there was another set of management trying to sack me for it.

@@Mancbuses Such a shame from a management perspective. Why would they want to sack someone who is so keen and passionate about their job is the stupidest thing ever. You camera caused no problems to anyone viewing the content and I’m sure you were never told before hand not to do it otherwise you wouldn’t have done it. Seems like they are just making up rules as they go along and they need to make things more clear. Loved your content and as a bus enthusiast since being a kid finding your content has always been a blessing to me thanks mate.

Hi pal it was well known etc they was just being a pain coz of another manager who didn't like the idea and didn't like the ops manager that gave me the permission lol. But left now so ... but yh that would of been an idea

This was old from boxing day a few years back but it's about the time I left and gave up filming routes coz the hassle

Yh the camera was there issue

This was due to a certain inspector who didn't want to challenge me so got someone else to do. But yes they are always out to get you

I did a year at SC before having enough, luckily never had a run in with an inspector but its not worth it for the money lets put it that way!
