I’m very excited to introduce this new series titled Spring Forward Your Health! In the coming months there will be a few lectures on various topics. Make sure you’re subscribed to be notified when they are released! I apologize for the audio issues in this lecture, we have it all sorted out for future lectures.This lecture is to educate everybody on the newest advancements using noninvasive CT angiography WITH Fractional Flow Reserve determination (FFR-CT). Artificial intelligence is used to analyze the CT angiograms to determine which blockages are significant and which ones are not. Mild blockages do not require stents or bypass. They require a prevention program. Learn about this breakthrough, which avoids, unnecessary, invasive procedures, and interventions. Also learn what actually causes heart attacks.

I need Dr. Jamnadas to look into Photon-Counting Computed Tomography (PCCT). Angiography is a thing of the *Primitive* past now. Why take the 3% catastrophic risk of an angiogram, to detect a 4% catastrophic risk of a high CAC score, when there is now no need to? PCCT provides the same data as an angiogram, with near ZERO risk.

Really looking forward to your next fasting lecture, Dr. Jamnadas! The news was parading a goofy observational study that tried to assert fasting led to some kind of 90% increase in cardiovascular events. I would love to hear you refute that nonsense!

My Mother Of 65 Years Old. Had Lost Of Test Showing She Was Just Fine. Well She Had A Triple Bypass Surgery (1) Month Ago. What Got Her To Go To The ER. Was Very Bad Chest Pain. Mother History: High Blood Pressure High Cholesterol Type (2) Diabetes I Had Told Her Years Ago. “Get Off All That Medication. Medication Is Just Covering The Problems”. Now She Will Focus On Getting Off One By One. Until She Has To Know Longer Be On Medication. It Is Very Hard. Because She Loves To Eat. She Never Smoked, Was Never Overweight. But Lots Of Fast Food Restaurants. Because Mother Always Worked 1-2 Jobs. Drive-Thru Was More Convenient, And Sometimes Cheaper. Great Video!!!

To all the folks out there reading this: my grandfather was from Italy and drank wine every day, and ate a very normal diet with lots of olive oil. He NEVER needed to go to the doctor. He passed away at the age of 89. He was a bit senile because he did not exercise as an older man nor did he read! And nowadays we know, that preventing senility has a lot to do with keeping your mind and body active! And that is the real truth , folks! 🇺🇸✝️🇺🇸

No, senility is insulin resistance in the brain. Too much glucose in the brain is dangerous. You want the brain to also use ketones for fuel at least periodically, if not consistently.

My response was deleted, so I’ll try again, and see if it shows up. Senility is insulin resistance of the brain, which comes from eating too many carbs too often. Ketones are needed by the brain, at least periodically, to keep it healthy.

Not sure what normal food I'd. 89 is good compared to US . But why didn't he live to be 115 ? 26 more yrs. Isn't that possible? Maybe too much alcohol? Again 89 is OK but...is it great. Sounds like he wasn't exactly living to his potential in his latter yrs either. It amazes me how people know what others consume every day. Not totally impossible but I have very little knowledge of what my family eats everyday or how much they sleep or move. Again "nice" but I wouldn't mind being healthy & active to the potential age. Why not ? What's the hurry to die unless you are miserable?

Mindfulness is the beginning. Know your triggers. Feel your body and thoughts. Then box breathe or alternate nostril breath to reset sympathetic and parasympathetic. Learn to be conscious is the beginning. Your muscles and respiratory system communicate through the largest network of nerves called the Vagus Nerve. Breathing can retrain your entire nervous system to become less triggered. Practice with minor irritations or tension to reset your state of being. You can do it! There will always be problems, but the goal is to not trip your wiring so to speak and avoid flipping the sympathetic switch on. This used to be called new age stuff, yoga breathing etc, but it scientifically proven. You can access your vagus nerve through breathing, humming, or singing. There is a method called, Sa Ta Na Ma Meditation it is scientifically proven to reduce blood pressure immediately. If humming or singing feels weird, just learn a couple basic breathing techniques for the parasympathetic nervous system . Our bodies truly don’t know the difference between mental and physical stress. The inputs are up to you and awareness is the beginning of taking control over your biology.

Sorry for the emphysema! Your husband sounds like a person who doesn't worry! Faith and trust in God, and a peaceful worry free life because of that trust, is the best medicine. My mother passed away from emphysema. She had a beautiful sense of faith and trust in Jesus. Hoping and praying the best for you and your hard working husband. I underwent CABG surgery and was displeased my cardiologist did not place stents doing the CATH. He referred me to a surgeon who said CABG surgery was my only choice (hope). Three graphs and reposition the mammary artery was accomplished, but 6-weeks later one of the graphs closed and my symptoms returned. My new cardiologist placed one stent in the graph. Now I understand that putting in five or six stents in my first CATH would have been a very bad decision. With seven blockages all in excess of 70% or greater, the CABG surgery was the best thing for me. I am thankful for my cardiologist who decided to not place stents with such severe conditions. Finally, after 79-years of poor choices I am altering my diet and fasting. Maybe these changes will help me in my short time remaining.

Had a workup last year for episodes of tachycardia that came on suddenly. A few things noticed but nothing to worry about. Cardiologist said all is well. Because calcium was noted on a CT I elected to get a CAC. Score was 138 primarily in one artery. That’s apparently 90th percentile for my age (46). For years my HDL was very low and LDL high. But I never had total cholesterol more than about 250. In the last year through lifestyle changes I have raised HDL to 56 and lowered LDL. I had LP(a) checked which came back as 15. My lpB is 85. I lowered my triglycerides from 200 to 65. My bp is better under control too. So at current time my risk is very low on paper. The fact I have calcium buildup is concerning to me but so far not a peep from y doctors other than recommending statins in the report. I really don’t want to take statins. In light of my much much more healthy lifestyle and the improvement in my numbers I wonder if I should just keep doing what I’m doing or if the statin is necessary. I know it’s not gonna clear the calcium but maybe it would help arteries. Just not sure what to do because I’m not really getting any advice. Frustrating

My friend says you can reverse calcium in heart.? I always thought you can’t, only prevent more from happening. Thoughts?
@Hanuboru
@Hanuboru 4 месяца назад
Yes you can with every day doses of vit. K2. It takes calcium deposits out of soft tissue so also from calcified arteries and heart valves. You do not need a new valve every time a cardiologist says so. Dammit! But you must also take vit.D3 to shunt the dissolved calcium into your bones. Always ask for a serum vit. D 3 test every year because your life depends on adequate levels. TELL YOUR DOCTOR you want to have this done. Levels must be above 80 for a reasonably robust health!

Endurance Sports leads to often cardiac issues because of its focal vitamin C deficiency in the hearts arteries from mechanical stress. Read Dr. Thomas Levy's book " Stop America's #1 Killer" Proof that the Origin of All Coronary Heart Disease is Clearly Reversible Arterial Scurvy. And it is reversible as I have reversed mine from 660 to 458 as verified by CAC.

So from what I just saw and heard im basically screwed living on borrowed time. I have had 11 stents and one bypass. @Hyzerwyzer When I was sent home, I remembered my good friend's wife telling me about a book "Preventing and Reversing Heart Disease" by Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn. I took two nitro pills and drove to the Barnes and Noble bookstore. I bought and read it Wednesday and Thursday. On Friday I sent the good doctor an email, telling him about my condition. Never expecting to hear anything but maybe keep it up following the book. That Friday at 4:30 my office received a call from Dr. Caldwell Esselstein. We talked for fifteen minutes and then he asked me if I had anyone that would help and support me. I put my secretary on the phone and for the next thirty minutes he told me what I needed to do. For the first fourteen days, green leafy vegetables for breakfast, lunch and dinner with snacks of green leafy vegetables in between breakfast and lunch and in between lunch and dinner. His theory is nothing with eyes or a mother and no oil. It wasn't hard because my daughter was getting married at the end of April. I made then my next goal was to put live my mother seeing how she had buried her youngest son and I was next from the bottom. I could go on I've outlived my mother. The most amazing thing was he doesn't have a miracle pill to buy. Now since that time his family are making money from the Doctor. Which saddens me because being low on cash I would have never bought anything that was considered a miracle. It was just green leafy vegetables... I hope that this helps. One last thing some folks can eat meats and fish I can't and I'm fine with that, I enjoy this side of the dirt.
