I have been watching your videos for the last 6 months and now I have stopped wasting my time over so called "news channels" on the TV. Thanks to your videos, I could skip watching tv and get a summary of what happened in the whole week in just a few minutes. Thank you sir! ❤
Just for a correction from my side, the Menstrual cycle lasts 4-5 days in general and with age it may differ. Btw your videos are really informative and fun. Just keep it up Sarthak👍😊
the menstrual cycle which is taught is an ideal condition and you will rarely see anyone getting such accurate cycles.. and in this time with the rise of pollution and bad eating disorders and bad makeup products.. the reproductive health is entering a crisis mode.. which is why dysmenorrhoea (painful periods) are becoming very common.. and people don't get them treated..
@@syedhisham2594 exactly I agree with this on spiritual level I was suffering from pcos and experienced hella painful period But now that my problem is under control and i take care of my health and lifestyle those 5 days are just like any other days of month for me What we do wrong as a society is neglect our health very much Even when we women experience symptoms,we ignore it calling it NORMAL
#SUNDAY BHARAT I am getting excited for your every next video...... Visiting to different places and Meeting with new peoples of different cultures, religion and their response to your team....making me feel very excited
While explaining 'Menstrual Cycle', Akshay sir summarised the topic in a well concise manner but he said the muscular cramps are "normal pain"( 8:55 ) which isn't true. I am a MBBS intern, I have seen a huge number of women who go through menstrual cycle, experience a 'lot of pain' due to cramps in lower abdomen area and on top of that, hormonal fluctuations makes their condition much difficult. This affects their work - life balance in those days which can lead to disturbance in decision making and their occupation. #paidleaves I agree with your opinion about the effect of 'menstruation paid leaves' it will definitely lead to gender inequality during recruiting employees in future. But as an act of humanity, corporates should provide some relaxations to the women going through menstrual cycle, like a couple of extra break times during which they go to the lounge, lay down and use a hot compress to relax cramps.
By "Normal pain" he meant it's not a red sign that you need to visit a doctor in most of the cases. But sometimes it might be problematic in terms of heath and required to visit a doctor. Don't make everything an issue.
I agree But it shouldn't be an act of humanity It should be a legal arrangement cause you cant expect humanity from many corporates They only focus on profit
@@Singh29000you can skip daily bath for 2-3 days. Always use warm water for your water uses, also drink warm water. Try to adapt these habits 2 days prior to your periods round the year. Basically this gives the body a warmer environment to cope menstrual cramps and eventually it will lessen. I also got rid of my cramps in similar way and after my first delivery this year , in winters I got my cramps back for a day after15 years, now I am 39. So try to keep your body as warm as possible. Do give a try to my suggestions and stay healthy.
#PAIDLEAVES I agree to the corporate company perspective because 3-4 days of paid leave every month for every female employee could turn into a loss for them. The problem with her statement was her comparison to the Handicap. Don't the specially abled, work? Don't they live and earn for themselves? She outrightly offended women and the specially abled. The comparison was unnecessary, which shadowed the actual point. On a national and global forum, choosing your words is really important. It can face severe backlash.
No what she said is true... The language she used is based . Why society needs to treat a menstruating women like a handicapped .. like how handicapped are barred from certain social activities.. does women wanna be barred
@@ananyak7437 u r not getting my point... The comparison is what the people would have done in near future ... Companies drives on money for them a sec is worth millions.. It was hard enough to get basic human facilities such as labour laws on Maternity leaves and sick leaves.. If we don't let companies do implement these new change by themselves it will only a nazi-like regime where the sexism which is already there will become a norm for instance u know how masks suddenly became a common norm during Covid right !!? Any anthropologists would be fascinated to see the rate at which we humans adapted to the situation... This is how spontaneous some decisions are .. And do you honestly believe that the judiciar might protect you?? Sorry, but it's blind to begin with.. Companies will neglect women despite her being more capable than others . In SK,Japan like developed nations are already facing it Menstrual leave source.. #PAIDLEAVE as a woman who’s going to join the corporate world soon…..I agree with Mrs Smriti Irani, if we give women paid menstrual leave, it will ultimately damage the woman’s career. There’s already enough sexism in the workplace against women, without adding paid menstrual leave to the mix. I understand that some women have really bad period pains(including me), but with medicines like meftal spas it is manageable. Edit: I see that a lot of people in the comment section have pointed out that taking Meftal spas is not feasible for many, as it has side effects…..and a lot of women suffer from PCOD and endometriosis, I apologise for my rash statement…..I think a good solution to this problem would be, that women be given leave for 2-3 days for their periods, and then they can work on weekends to compensate for this leave.
#PAIDLEAVES U can take medicine only for limited times....if you took medicine every month directly indirectly it damage your body or uterus😢 so never take medicine
In a recent new study...meftal which have compound mefnamic acid causing DRESS syndrome..and it's lethal in 10% of population....so be careful...of meftal spas.. you can read about this from any medicine oriented medical site.
I cannot believe a man has to say this. My wife was completely paralyzed and could not move for three to four days . After many years it found Cause was fibroid. They had to be removed surgically. They could regrow
The #paidleave debate is very nuanced. Although I agree with Smriti Irani’s take on the matter, we also have to acknowledge that menstrual cramps can be absolutely debilitating. There are times when I can just go about my day after popping a painkiller and there are times where I can’t even get up. The idea of mandatory period leaves is a bit icky to me as menstrual cramps are different for every woman and it may lead to workplace discrimination. However, there are some studies which show a that there’s a loss of productivity during menstruation. But the problem of sexism and gender bias in the workplace is also a harsh reality of the corporate world which will only be exacerbated by a paid period leave. TLDR; the idea of such leaves is noble but not doable.
Hey sarthak I am in college . And I live far from my family. Every weekend I come to my home and watch your video with family . Now it have been become an good habit and vibe . Thanku
#PAIDLEAVE As a girl , I would like to clarify that the pain and discomfort is not same for everyone. Some women suffer unbearable pain whereas some women don't feel any pain at all. So, I think paid relief should be given on the basis of medical report. 🔴🔴🔴🔴🔴
Look you can take sick leave . But this is actually Nazification of women community... Corporates run after money and fr them every secs are of worth millions.. It was already difficult enough to get sick leaves and maternity leaves.. But if this thing gets into action my lady society and especially the big shots will begin open sexists discrimination...😢
i may be wrong but how can a report show person has pain or not ? if i have pain in stomach it can only be felt by me no report can show that pain on paper
I am from Pakistan 🇵🇰 but after your video I stand with India 🇮🇳 and proud to be a Chinese 🇨🇳. And Also love from Kazakhstan 🇰🇿 .Keep going brother one day we All Talibanis proud on you for your amazing work❤️🔥
Don't sell people useless things claiming they're magical and expensive. Don't keep their money if they don't work. And definitely don't ask them to scam others. Scams hurt good people, so let's stop them!
#PaidLeave Sarthak I think Smriti is right here ... Menstrual paid leaves can look to be supportive on surface for women ... but in the long run it will only cause chaos in corporate sector
@@sunny123kthat's about life and health of mother and kid .but period is completely different thing .and I think men should also get paternity leave so that they can take care of their wife and kids.
Sarthak Your content is flawless no doubt. Have a suggestion regarding editing, please manage audio levels of memes inserted in between, bahot zor zor se bajte hai.
I used to hate subjects like history, current affairs, etc and took pcm after 10th and in 11th I started watching your videos and now I am more interested in humanities when it is not even my stream 😂
I thanks to you to give us organic and natural video. Your Video is Roller coaster of Emotions like Knowledge, information, Fun and Comedy. Thx Sarthak Bhaiya❤
23:51 Although I've never taken any intoxicants in my entire life, Still i know that 20 rupees reference Ofcourse, thnx to my friends 😂 Love from IIT ❤
Bhai... Bachpan se padha tha media is the 4th pillar of democracy... Apki Haridwar wali video dekh k asli pata chala how media could really be 4th and strongest pillar.... Keep it Sarthak Bhai #Sunday Bharat Always waiting for your Sunday show and Sunday Bharat video
9:45 your political analysis was spot on! Not biased and very logical. Makes more sense. I always felt you work on the existing news and always felt you were half journalist. I liked your videos but there was something missing, but now you are traveling and interviewing people on the roads. ❤ Keep up the good work
Love your show sarthak! Ekanshu's sense of humour was too good. would love to see in more videos. on a serious note though, i am all for men-women equality and the implementation of menstrual leaves amy backfire, but regardless we need to understand the immense pain endured and surely some degree of work load should be reduced during periods. that would really be helpful wouldnt you say?
I really look forward to watching your videos with my breakfast every Sunday It's just amazing how you deliver significant and relevant content with such ease! Keep up the good work!❤
#paidleaves As a woman, I will somewhat agree with Smriti Irani that yes it is not handicap and period leaves will require to disclose the menstrual cycle to company administration which is not something many women would be comfortable with. I think those with acute period cramps should opt for medical leaves. I have worked through horrible menstrual cramps, yes it has been difficult and have taken sick leaves for that. And existing structures are enough for white collar female employees Focus should be on blue collared employees, with almost zero medical leaves available
bhaiya my sunday incomplete by your sunday show... i enjoy every minutes of this show just like my reasoning class..❤ love your content 😍.... aaj tha last memes 🤣🤣🤣
And there was a time when Dr. Vivek Bindra came to Sandeep Maheshwari's office and they both conducted a seminar, but that video is not available on RU-vid now 😂😂😂
#paid leaves- rather than paid leaves make a flexible week for all employees. Not just women men also require leave for several important reasons. Change the concept of fixed weekends.
14:15 i disagree sarthak sir my name is Aaditya Prasad i am also a hindu but i have eaten beef in banglore it was nice and tasty but i don't feel ashamed for eating it i like it i have eaten pork also my parents also like it
Sarthak Bhai I truly appreciate the insightful content you produce on your channel. Your expertise in law-related topics is commendable, and I believe that delving further into subjects concerning the arrangement of governance would greatly benefit your audience. By fostering a deeper understanding of legal structures and responsibilities, you have the potential to empower individuals to become more socially responsible citizens. Your dedication to knowledge-sharing is invaluable, and I eagerly look forward to more engaging videos that contribute to fostering a sense of civic duty. Keep up the excellent work!"
Unlike many developing countries India has a serious problem in Education system . People prefer private school and institutes instead of going to governemnt one. In our country Education is not perceived as basic right but a business venture . Do you think in future we will be able to fix this serious issue ?
Me and my brother live in different cities for studies and job, Last week he sent me a dedicated portion of your video that was about the gifts on marriages because our sister got married recently, I was shocked that he also watches your videos and he said he discovered this channel just few weeks back, And this made me realise I am watching your videos from the very starting when you created the channel why haven't I shared to my family and friends.
Your videos not only keep me updated with the news. But also provide positive and natural perspective which makes me learn a bit every Sunday. Hope you keep growing.❤
For the debate on paid leaves, Just make them half paid leaves and optional. I know a lot of women who fight through it, and its their right to earn that day's pay over others who would just take a full paid leave. Sometimes it gets unbearable and its better for them to take a leave. Just make it half pay so that no one feels offended.
Yes. It would be better if its optional atleast. Personally for me is unbearable. Its difficult to work with people's same expectation. Also you can't tell anyone that you have periods in ofc 😢
My friends have told me this: "I cant be taking leaves every month for this, my CTC will be reduced." So a half pay optional leave makes sense for whoever can afford it.
It really feel so good to watch your videos.. no bakwas bas kaam ki baat... wishing you the very best 24 journey.. (i hope is jate ka sunday patra mujhe mil jaye)😜
19:38 I'm also agree with you Sarthak bhaiya. According to me also Gov. is not taking that much steps towards environment conservation. Taking practical example, still now in schools, colleges we have to make projects , assignments and practical files which are just only a wastage of paper , time and money. Very next day these assignments... are sold to raddi walaas in return of money. Taking another example, In colony where I live there are many Flex and poster making shops. I feel very sad when I see that most of the local politicians have given order to make 1000's of flex boards having their faces and written on them ' ____ KO JANAMDIN KI HARDIK SHUBHKAMNAAYEN' and next day I use to see those boards on every street corner (Think that only for their BIRTHDAY and after celebrating birthday in that way those boards only occupy position in landfills forever.). Why this kind of paper wastage and plastic generating things our country needs?
@SarthakGoswami ,in your sunday bharat show kindly tell/educate new voters about whom they should vote, what factors should they consider before voting and what factors they should not consider
Meri puri family apka show sath baith kar dekhte hai aur jab aap periods ke bare mai information de rahe the tab meri mumma bhot khush ho gayi aur boli apna desh kitni tarkki kar raha hai .
