Everyone should consider migrating their data to new drives approximately every 5 years or so because technology is changing so rapidly. This way, everything stays safe. These drives are a great solution!

Hi ! Could you explain how to setup my G-RAID 8TB in Raid 1 on PC ? I can't find any G-Drive help. Is there something to download from their website?

Hello Yann Oscar here from the video. Try downloading G-Raid Software Utility then using the Setup Wizard tab. It's been some time since I setup our studio's G-Raid but I believe this is the way!

Hey guys is it possible to connect two macbook lap tops at the same time with one G-RAID 2 and be able to edit footage from one lap top and copy files from other lap top at the same time through Thunderbolt 3 type C plugs, cause I see that it has 2 of these plugs?

I connected the Graid 4 shuttle to my pc and when o try to copy files it says write protected do u know why?

I reached out to our SanDisk rep and was told the following: "It may be that the user needs to format the drive for PC, the shuttle comes Mac formatted out of the box. If the user did that and is still having issues, I’m guessing there’s a permissions setting that is incorrect somewhere somehow, and they can contact our customer service phone line for someone to troubleshoot it with her.

Yup! The drive is specifically designed for that workflow, and to handle that amount of data.

We've done it multiple times with our 4k FX3 footage. Just make sure your PC or Mac has the right ports to maximize speed!
