Storage Tank Floor Detection by SAEU3H Acoustic Emission Testing System 

This project involved using acoustic emission non-destructive testing to inspect the floor corrosion of a storage tank at a petrochemical company.
The testing equipment used was the SAEU3H AE system with 8 channels and with GI40 sensors featuring built-in preamplifiers from Qawrums Ltd.
Detection procedures:
1. Hardware connection.
2. Background noise testing, sensor sensitivity testing, and acoustic velocity testing.
3. Officially sampling for 2 hours.
4. Data replay and analysis.
5. Made a report according to the JB10764 standard, the corrosion level of the tank floor was determined to be Class 2, considering the necessary maintenance, it is recommended that the next inspection be scheduled for one year from now.
6. Turned over the testing report and data files to the client.
