I still have a stack of the old school garbage pail kids sticker cards I used to buy in a pack for $.25 (we are talking 1985-1986). I have about 150 or so cards.

$600? I've spent that much on just two medium size lots of Garbage pails with NO first series in them on ebay before.... that's laughable... I"ve been collecting GPK's since 1986 and I'd give him $2,000 for those nice condition 1st series alone!

Those were the Garbage Pail Kids pins that came out around the time of the 2nd series. They aren't worth much, you can find a bunch on ebay.

that nasty nick card if it was centered and graded a 10 can be thousands by itself. Unfortunately it was terribly off centered prob lucky to get 50 bucks. 1st series should all be graded. Centering is one of the biggest things people forget about even with sharp corners. 1st series PSA 9 can be 25-60 bucks. Adam bomb more like 200 and nasty nick 500. But if its a PSA 10, the common cards can be 100-200 and adam bomb maybe 500 and nasty nick 1500-2500

Hey man.I would like to ask your opinion about something.So,I was watching some old reruns of Storage Wards when i was over to a friends house and I came across this episode.I had never heard about GPK before but the stickers shown on this episode seemed extremely interesting to me.So after a bit of research on the internet(I couldn't remember the stickers were called GPK)I found this video.I really want to start collecting and after a bit of searching on ebay I found the 1986 Garbage Pail Kids Series 4 Full Set of 84 Cards - 1st Print Run - EX for 20 bucks and the Garbage Pail Kids 2013 Chrome Complete 82 Card Base Set + Garbage Pail Kids 2013 Chrome Complete 28 Card Lost Garbage Pail Kids Set for 50 bucks.The cards from the chrome series include free shipping which is great for me since shipping from the u.s to where I live is about 20 bucks.What I would like to know is if these sets are a good start for my collection or if there is a better alternative.
