Mark ... its me again with some unsolicited advice. if you feel awkward or clumsy in your body/person consider taking some yoga or dance classes you would be surprised how much it can help you get in touch with things and develop a mind/body connection XOX . (I should add, I think your great as-is)
These videos are my fave! Where you both almost forget the camera is there and we just see you two as “yourselves”. Not that you’re fake on camera but you’d normally only film highlights of the day but this vlog is just great!

Zoe.. seriously.. YOU. CAN. SING. I’ve been a “singer” ever since a little girl, doing lessons, concerts, competitions, etc., and I know that you just have a natural singing voice it’s unreal. Like I have to work to be able to sing as well as you.. but you were born with it !!
When mark was telling that story about spilling the G&T I really deeply felt that. Like I’m usually that person in the group of being clumsy and just if it were to happen to anyone it would be me 😂 and like that made me have a really deep connection with mark just then cuz I’ve def done that a few times and been so upset
I think it might be a good idea when you are upset, even if you know it's going to pass quickly, to vocalize your feelings to your friends/family. You could just quickly say "I'm in a bad/sad/weird mood right now" but explain that you don't want to dwell on it, just let them know so they aren't wondering what's going on with you. I think it's healthier to share how you feel rather than keeping it all in!
omg, Mark, I had a breaking point in NYC the first time I went to! I had been away from home for 6 weeks living out of a suitcase and was ready to go home. We were going to cycle in Central Park and then it started to rain! I was so overwhelmed the whole time I was in NYC, I broke down in Central Park (dramatic much?!). Totally get it!
Mark when you went "I really don't" when you were rating the cakes i dont know why but i fully DIEDDDDDDDD of laughter im still laughing as i'm typing this. You and Zoe crackkkk me up i love the connection within your friendship you have me laughing constantly.
