I think everyone else has pretty much said it all 🤣 but you wouldn’t get me anywhere near an angry ocean in strong winds. You must have been inundated with wind warnings on your screen 🤣 expensive hobby feeding drones to the elements 😬 but as always, fantastic footage, you captured the power of the oceans 🌊 👍🏻 glad I’m not the one to put that lid back on 🤣😂🤗❤️
Thank you. My Bird did a marvellous job. Totally had my trust in her to return and not fly away or get a nasty salt water soaking. It was a wicked storm. Didn't even venture outside on Friday. Back to normal now
The power of Mother Nature is amazing. We've had a couple of Nor'easters in this Northumberland that caused coastal flooding and tore up our beaches since ive lived here. Great captures and music! Be safe my friend!

A very nice place scenery! Such a great view of these lighthouse. Although the south shields and tynemouth lighthouses were hit by hurricane babet, they are still standing strong. Thank you for taking us to his awesome place.
wow, you are so brave in flying the drone over water in the wind, far braver than me, can i suggest in video editing try slow the waves hitting the side of the pier and zoom the video, just wondering how that would look. just thinking it might be interesting, But great video and music as always. Hope you dont mind my humble suggestions.

Thank you, Jim. It was roughly 16 to 18. To be honest,I was sending my girl out anyway. Couldn't miss that opportunity of those wild waves. She performed exceptionally .

Yes. 4k 60. Footage straight from the drone. No colour grading. I never do that. Just all from my girl. Stupid or brave. I'm not sure which, but I just had to do it. I don't have any fear of flying over water. 😊

@@ladyintheskyuk Its an impressive bit of kit, isn't it! I recall sending my Mini 2 out to sea on a wet and windy day, poor thing came back absolutely soaked, but no ill effects after drying it out! With the advent of the Mini 4 Pro, I've all but retired my Mini 3 Pro.
@ladyintheskyuk Same as me! I've flown in some quite strong winds, but had to give up on a visit to High Cup Nick. It has its own weather system and the wind there is fierce!
@steveplatt58 I had to ditch my planned flights last week over lakeland because of strong winds. When it was time to go home, you could have dropped a feather 🪶 😒 typical 🙄
Actually, there was still a big sea on. So no, not tiny for the place. The flight was to show the damage to both piers and the South Sheilds lighthouse. Also, capturing the beautiful light across the waves. A rather poetic flight. If noted Happy New Year 🍾 🥂
@@ladyintheskyuk I was half joking about that lighthouse who lost it's top, I see the.. what.. 8/10 meters waves and just imagine what it took to do so 🌊🌊🌊
