Time lapse of storm clouds rolling in over Tauranga, New Zealand this afternoon, February 16 2023. Looking South. Filmed with my TP-Link Tapo C320WS wifi camera. 1 frame taken every 10 seconds.
I got to drive a bus in Auckland on both the Auckland Anniversary Weekend deluge during the peak rainfall and during the cyclone. I hope I never have to experience either of those sorts of conditions again.
@@dazzathecameraman I'm sure it has absolutely nothing to do with the jet stream completely changing right? Ehh..stay safe my friend and God bless you. 🙏 🕊
Also using the ContaCam donationware software I mentioned under RickMakes video. By default, ContaCam takes a time lapse image every 30 seconds regardless of whether you have it in record mode / detection mode or not. I change it from 30 seconds to 10 seconds for smoother animation. For more info about setting it up using ContaCam, you can email me at dazzathecameraman at outlook dot com
I forgot to add that I also screen recorded the required section of the resulting ContaCam 24 hour time lapse video. I'm using ScreenPal (formerly Screencast-o-matic). The music I used was also added using the ScreenPal video editor.
