Thanks Wayne. Great video, stinking weather. Looks like the next week or so is going to be a lot better weather wise. I went out today on the opposite shore to where you were on the mighty Bristol Channel (Swansea Bay). Plagued by whiting and dogs but managed to catch a few nice sized flounder an hour before high tide on rag. 👍🏼 Nice to have a bit of sun on my face. Was cold first thing though.

Hi Wayne. Well done for battling the weather recently; your perseverance is nuts! I fished with mate from kayak off BA yesterday. No codling, but each had 9 thornies - they were smashing the baits. Them, congers and LSDs are all that are hitting atm. Learned a lesson when got too close to mouth of one of the rays, whilst unhooking😢🤕 Good job no sharks! All the best in Norway😊

Not sure if i commented before🤔 Anyway mate, i watch a lot of your films, and thoroughly enjoy them, not only seeing your catches and lessons, but the banter too 💪🏻🤣 I saw you got your vehicle on the beach. That sounds a plan as I have mobility issues, and finding marks where i could do that is a mission. Ive got family nr Taunton (Im in Shropshire, but willing to travel and maybe camp up for a couple of days) so I can get them to get my sea baits for me before I come down 😂 Might meet you down there, that wpuld be good. I mainly fish rivers for Barbel, but Im also a coach for junior course anglers. Im new to the Sea game (not exactly on my doorsteep), but I have this massive urge to do as much as I can. Sorry for the long post mush. 👍🏻🎣💥💥

Happy New Year Wayne, just wanted to know which surf sound you find soothing or mesmeric. I love the sound of the surf on pebbly beaches, the crash of waves on rocks but find sandy beaches.. muted. It can be so meditative and relaxing...... and then your line goes tight!😃
