It's 76 years since the allied invasion of northern france, d-day 76th anniversary! I actually did not realise that whilst recording this ravenfield ww2 battle, so I added a small commemorative edit at the end to pay my respects to the fallen heroes. It's crazy that is was only 76 years ago since those men stormed the beaches of normady in world war 2. For me, World War 2 almost seems like a distant sci-fi movie, it's crazy to think there are still veteran heroes who were on those beaches fighting for their lives. I will never be able to show just how much respect I have for those men in WW2. Different time, different world, crazy how much things have changed!
So with that being said, this is basically my Ravenfield World War 2 battle of the slightly lesser known Gold beach. Whenever people talk about D-Day, it always seems to be the American landings at Utah or Omaha, probably because of the casualties inflicted. But I wanted to do something different with this ravenfield ww2 gameplay, so we're focusing on the centre point of the normandy beach landings at gold beach with the british. I have downloaded a lot of ravenfield ww2 mod, ravenfield ww2 mods and ravenfield ww2 maps to make this battle happen. All of the weapons here are ravenfield ww2 weapons and even ravenfield ww2 skins. Basically I have turned ravenfield in to a world war 2 battle simulator game in order to simulate the d-day invasion.
