Hi Tim, Does, the “never dismantle rule” apply to the lowest tier of equipment, as you start to gear up your gold hero’s with higher tier equipment? I apologize if this is a stupid question… does hero equipment have any effect whatsoever on the various ratings we need for the hero…enhancement, I think is the word… idk, locked out of game again for server maintenance. I need to know how to synthesize hero equipment scrolls instead of exchanging them for other materials, especially when you have multiple duplicates of the same scroll. Thanks so much
