Can you imagine being in a helicopter with a few other people and pilot, who's beginning to land, saying, "I can't see but I think it's here," and your final moments are then seeing the helipad whizz past you outside the window. 😂

As a person who is terrified of flying: If I sat in an airplane and heard Jake was the pilot, I'd not only piss my pants, I would be so terrified, I would pass out

the worst part of that rescue mission isn't how they all failed to find a rope, but it's how they said "coming in like a wrecking tractor" and not "coming in like a bulldozer" at 3:40

1:16 "The engine RPM's fine..." Ah, that means the clutch between the engine and rotor isn't engaged. And before you say anything, I *do* know what I'm talking about somewhat, I distinctly remember the Robinson R22 and EH101 in Flight Simulator X having a clutch (or more) between the engine(s) so I assume this helicopter functions similarly. Another distinction on helicopters is that there's a throttle and collective. The throttle controls the engine itself while the collective controls the lift from the rotor (which I think is done by angling the blades).

Watching this video at 2 am is not a good idea, not because of laughing at some of the jokes but because Alex blinds you half way through the video and causes your room to turn into a miniature sun

"How complicated can stormworks be? Just bring people to the hospital!" Then the video starts... As a stormworks player for a few years already I'd say Stormworks is as complicated as you want it to be. Max - it's very complicated even without piles of shit devs added into code and physics for literally no reason. But with enough brain cells it can be very satisfying. Overall I'd say it is the most satisfying game for any engineer on the market. Until you plant your face into an unavoidable bug, that won't let you do the thing you want that exists for decades but devs don't give a shit. They better patch fun and abusable bugs that people with creative mind can control and use than fix the gamebreaking one.
