My original charter got canceled this day but I had my good friend Robb and his girlfriend in town so we decided to run out to the reef for some snapper fishing! Linda, Vic, and the Bean were along to get in on the mangrove snapper action as well. We had a lot of stormy weather around but it didn't stop us from catching some fish for dinner! Back at home Linda and Robb made Snapper Piccata and I thought it was delicious!

Real sailors put to sea in any type of weather. Your boat handled the chop with ease. Another good day at sea fishing and appetizing meals at the end. Congrats to chef Linda and the rest of the crew. We use elbow Mac with garlic to chum em up.... We can catch dem 8-12# on a reg basis...Alos try rubbing some cajun power garlic sauce on your fillets, roll dem in Italian bread crumbs.. Pan sear in Olive oil and unsalted butter.. Yummy.

Beans a Baltimore Boy, he grew up on Roast Beef sandwichs smothered in brown gravy and french fries. Something we eat besides steamed crabs.

It's good to see a fun fishing day when your a professional charter. Being a pro charter Captain is very difficult work. Taking a day to relax and fun fish is a mental health day, does the body and mind a lot of good. Great job on the snappers..!! Thanks for sharing. !!

The fish is fried exactly as it should be ! In the past I have eaten fish with horseradish sauce that matched the taste. Someday you can try and see if it's worth it.
