The accent is hard to pick up on unless you are British and you wouldn't register it as a location if you are not well versed in areas of south London. I am pretty sure he's saying "Brixton shots fly through your window you couldn't be the one to save her you pr*ck" I believe hes telling the listeners where Wiley's beef originated from that meant he had to get his mum out of the country.
