Get to know the brilliant path of @Rogerio, Base Maintenance Supervisor in Munich, through his success story video!
Coming from Portugal, Rogerio’s first steps in maintenance started as a kid, at his family’s car repair shop. His motivation and interest never left: many years after, he went to aviation school, validated the B1.3 modules and became a Licensed Aircraft Engineer!
In 2022, after working 12 years in Portugal, Rogerio started at HeliService as a Certifying staff B1.3 and C. He is now the Supervisor of the Maintenance Base at our Oberpfaffenhofen location near Munich.
Rogerio describes his job: “It’s a big responsibility, but I enjoy the challenge and it’s fulfilling to be part of a great team.”
His mindset? "0% Talent, 100% Hard Work".
