మీరు చెప్పింది 100% నిజం అన్నయ్య మాది చిన్న పల్లెటూరు ... మా ఊర్లో ఒక స్కూల్ ఉంది మేము స్కూల్లో 1st క్లాస్ to 5th చదువుకునే రోజుల్లో మా స్కూల్లో ఒక మస్టర్ , ఒక టీచర్ ఉండే వారు టీచర్ very బ్యూటీ , మస్టర్ కూడా హ్యాండ్సమ్ మరియు టీనేజ్ కుడా స్కూల్లో ఆ మస్టర్ హెడ్ .. ఇద్దరు కలిసి పిల్లలకి చదువు చెప్పాలి కానీ వాళ్లకి ఏమి రాదు . రాకపోయినా ఆలా రొజులు గడిపేవారు జస్ట్ టైం పాస్ చేసేవారు అప్పట్లో వీళ్లిద్దరికీ అఫైర్ ఉందని కుడా ఉర్లో అనుకునే వారు దాన్ని పోగొట్టటం కోసం పిల్లల్లో భయాన్ని creat చేసారు . పిల్లలు అందరు వాళ్ళిద్దరిని చూసి భయపడేవారు ఇది చుసిన జనం వీళ్ళు గొప్ప టీచర్స్ అనుకునేవారు కానీ వాళ్ళు ఏ చదువూ చెప్పేవారు కాదు అలా అదే ఉర్లో 10years గడిపేశారు పది సంత్సరాల్లో పది బ్యాచ్ లు releave అయ్యాయి . ఒక్కో బ్యాచ్ లో 20 మంది పిల్లలు అనుకుందాం 10 సంత్సరాల్లో 200 మంది పిల్లలు ఇప్పుడు ఆ 200 మంది రోడ్లు మీద తిరుగుతున్నారు (200 mandi lo nenu kuda okadni.) ఏ పని లేకుండా తిరుగుతున్నారు . పక్క ఉర్లో చదువుకున్న వాళ్లకి అందరికి జాబ్స్ వచ్చాయి . కానీ మా స్కూల్లో ఆ 10 సంత్సరాలు చదువుకున్న ఎవరికీ ఎలాంటి జాబ్ రాలేదు .. be coz y .... సరైన టీచింగ్ లేదు ... u r amaging అన్నయ్య ... Super sir, నాకు ఒక టీచర్ తో ఇలా ఒక సంఘటన జరిగింది. ఆ టీచర్ ను నేను గౌరవించిన కూడా ఆ టీచర్ ఎక్కువ గా expect చేసేవాడు. ఎలా అంటే నేను అ, ఆ లు చెప్పిన నీకు జాబు వచ్చింది అని. నేను బాధ పడ్డ ఒక అ, ఆ చెప్పిన టీచర్ ఇలా అనుకుంటే నాకు డిగ్రీ వరకు చెప్పిన వారు ఎలా అనుకోని, ఒక ప్రశ్న అడగలేక అడిగిన సర్ మీ వల్ల నాకు జాబు వచ్చింది. మీరు చదువు చెప్పినపుడు మేము 40 మెంబెర్స్ స్టూడెంట్స్, ఇప్పుడు ఉద్యోగం వచ్చిన వారు 2 or 3 members. మీరు 2 or 3 members ను చూపించి నేను చదువు చెపితే జాబు వచ్చింది మీకు అని, మాకు ఎక్కువ గౌరవం ఇస్తలేరు అంటున్నారు, మమ్మల్ని అడుగుతున్నారు. మరి మిగతా 37 or 38 భాద్యత ఎవరిది వాళ్లు మీ వల్ల చెడిపోయారని ఒప్పుకుంటారా అన్నాను. వాళ్లు మిమ్మల్ని మాకు ఎందుకు సరిగా చదువు చెప్పలేదు అని అడగవచ్చా అన్నాను.....

Sir Iam a student , 1 studied upto 10th standard + inter in Private institutions... i must say I'm fortunate enough to have best teachers in my school by gods grace🙏..even in inter too😊 .. but later when joined a govt. Clg for graduation thought fee would be less n would get better guidance from experienced teachers... 😡not a single lecturer was teaching anything, it seemed no students😞 were interested in coming to clg and later all just started coming regularly for Attendence % n just we felt we did a mistake to join there .. in just 2 months strength changed from 68 to 40😫 n classes were where teaching was done as just formality when i enquired few of students all said the same n this would be waste of valuable time of studentswhich are future of our country🇮🇳 n this is why though students are graduated are not getting employment they don't have Subject knowledge or not atleast developed Skills as teachers didn't taught them... n most of all took TC .. n I'm one of them n joined other . 👉 later when i was thinking ... as due to pressure from parents private scls n clgs recruit best teachers n check feedback regularlyfrom students /by students results n complaints, where as when it comes to govt ... just teachers are allocated to scls n clgs and (though some teachers are exceptionally best teachers) but most of the govt . teachers donot teach that effective r with efforts... as i even seen in my relatives who are govt teachers regularly attend for salary , really its why students are not aware of multiple career opportunities n not getting quality education ..... 👈 "But these days not all could afford costly education kada sir , n even govt / private scls /clgs lo ayina prathi parent kastapadina money thechi fee kadithey ... students bhadhyatha teachers vunarley anna dhema tho ..eno ashalatho vuntaru sir vala pilla bhavisthyathu meda .. a student pi future lo family motham depend avvalsindi vasthundi ...mari entha mandi future pi impact avuthundi gamaninchali . .adi just students meeda kadu ,Families antey society, antey country🇮🇳 growth meeda kuda padthundi anna vishayam andharu gurthupeytukovali ."
