Sheikh Albani Rahimahullah's book Prophet's prayer to learn how all the true imams including the 4 mathhabs said to return to the sunnah even if they miss a hadith and unite on that. Ibn Uthaymin Rahimahullah 40 Hadith Nawawi Usul us Sunnah by imam Ahmad. Aqidah Wasitiyah by Ibn Taymiyyah, expl. by ibn Uthaymin, (Audio book by Abu Uwais, but they are nice long explanations). Start reading the Quran with understanding even if it is a couple of verses a day. Quran is guidance and healing for a believer. Quran increases the imaan of believers when it is recited with understanding.

if you are worried about your faith people say that is a sign of faith, because you are worried about it! Panic comes from satan or our own nafs. Say Amantu billah (I believe in Allah) whenever you have bad thoughts. I also get bad thoughts but according to hadith, that's actually a sign of faith when you know those waswasa are wrong.
