I get the feeling that because this bag didn’t actually drop yet , yet people were buying it up in a frenzy it was chaos. Some people were probably like yes sell it and others were probably told not to until March 1. When it dropped on Nordstrom yesterday it was bought up literally in minutes before most people even knew of its existence. I think there should be some sort of very clear company wide policy of whether or not unreleased items should be sold ahead or not to avoid customers getting the run around. Or at the very least set it up as preorder only so people don’t say “everyone else got one” .
You’re right. A lot of ladies in my fb coach group have the bag. SA’s in the group are selling it but if you go into the store they won’t sell you one unless you’re one of their “special” customers
So it was released online 10 pm my time which I think is 2am EST. The quilted denim tabby 20 was on there. I’ve never checked out so fast. I got it just in case my SA doesn’t come through. If I end up with two I’ll just sell it or gift it to my cousin.
It’s SO SO GOOD! I totally agree - if you love the look then get it! It may be a little over priced but most handbags are. I really want the denim tabby 26! Fingers crossed I am able to get it.
That’s funny, I have the same thoughts about my quilted denim tabby 26.. it’s a beautiful bag, and I don’t regret buying it, but I think it is way overpriced especially considering it’s priced the same as the leather version, despite being denim (cotton, essentially). Coach is wilding with these prices. They knew people were gonna go crazy for the denim bags so they jacked up the prices.
Thank you for posting this. I love Coach products but there is a real disconnect between the boutiques, online customer service and the warehouse. I usually just buy through a random stockist, like Nordstrom to avoid all of this but when there's a hot item it makes it tough. Glad you got a bag after all of that work!
Hopefully I can get it. I’m on the waitlist but we’re in Hawaii and I’m quite sure they didn’t have any bags on island as everything has to be shipped here. The SAs said they didn’t know how many they were getting. Either way, the leather ones are nice and I’ll get one of those as a back up if they can’t get me the denim. I will say, they denim shouldn’t be priced the same as the leather version of the same bag.
I decided to get the Coach soho in denim. It’s a beautiful sturdy denim & love the look! I agree with you I don’t think it’s worth the $395 price tag. The soho is much smaller than the tabby & it’s only shoulder wear too. 😕 After being disappointed with the LV denim collection with the outrageous prices, I found this to definitely be a better deal.
I got this bag as well. It is a beauty. I do agree with you that it is a little expensive. I think they could have maybe priced $50 less since it is denim.
Omg! All the stories I’m reading are crazy! I had no idea it was like this. I got mine from Nordstrom Monday night. Only because my coach store kept giving me different answers every time I called. And good thing I did it’s 3/1 and no one has called me from the store lol

The process getting the bag shouldn't be that complicated, and I hate it when people lie about something, just be honest so I get a peace of mind 😅 but glad it's in your hands now, I do think that the bag is pretty, but I haven't laid my hands and eyes on it personally..tfs Alyssa, enjoy the bag and have a great day 😊❤

As much as I love handbags I wouldn’t go through the hassle of trying to get one. As cute and beautiful as this bag looks I would rather have my SA track it down for me instead 😅 having said all that I would definitely pick this one up to add to my collection 💙
So happy you were able to locate it. I bought the rogue denim. I went through a similar experience with ordering both the dragon rogue...preordered....sat and not was fulfilled....I had ordered through the SA to ship to the store....I finally texted as it never moved and then same day it was cancelled as out of stock. Luckily my local store manager hunted me down one out of vegas. Also recently I said to the Coach store I would love the quilted tabby 26 in all black if they put out. No comment other than yeah that would be nice. Guess what...that exact bag is at a department store and I ordered from there. How does that happen?! I have the lips tabby 20 but it's really small for what I need.
I have the black and silver pillow quilted tabby 26 and I learned that if I press the closure in and then down to open and close it that helps. That saves from having to struggle with it.

I wanted and ordered the black leather 26 tabby with pewter hardware. Ordered on V's day and and then notified they had to cancel my order via text. So, I was bummed and reached out to my essay at my local (2 hr away) coach store in Philly. Said if they cancel call me but showing only 90 available but out of the country! I was so confused. Then I see it available again on the website and ordered a 2nd time! I even called after a few days. They said no stock in the warehouse only stores and they have to direct my order for a store! I was so confused and upset. I said well your site is showing in-stock again while I am still waiting. They didn't really have an answer. So, I called yesterday and said should be shipping in a day or 2. Today just got notification it canceled on me again! So, maybe am I not meant to have this bag?? LOL. I did order the chalk 26 tabby leather and can;t wait for it. I just wanted a black and white so I can then venture on other colors. So, might get the other colors first... lol.. what's your take on the tabby 20 quilted? Liking the lips print or yellow. Sorry so long! LOL

It’s a great looking bag however i returned the denim 26. I didn’t like the compartments. It really limits what you what you can carry. I prefer it to be wide open inside.
I received my denim Tabby Coach 20 bag this morning, it’s so damn stinking cute I just ❤love it ! I purchased my bag from Bloomingdale’s just last week and got her right away, with no problems at all. I’m wondering if I’m going to want to purchase the Tabby 26 in July… only because I want more room to put more in , I’m normally not a fan of mini bags, also I must say that I do agree with you on the price point of it…it’s expensive. But for now I’m happy ❤
For this reason I don’t think it’s worth the price. Denim usually gets a yellow hue overtime plus you have to be so careful to keep a fabric bag clean. As pretty as it is, I prefer to spend all that money on leather.
It’s such a beautiful bag. I have the Coach Quilted Tabby 20 in black and I think it’s the perfect mini size. It does fit the pro max iPhone in the inside of the bag but it doesn’t fit in the back pocket.
Hi I have the coach tabby 20 in denim, I was able to fit my pro max in the back pocket. Depends how thick your phone case is. Since the denim does stretch a bit more and overtime. But I wouldn't leave my pro max in the back though. I rather have it inside of the bag.

Its a handbag, whether one store gets or not is not the end of the world. 2 Coach is on fire right now, so whether they want to create the hype or us as concumers want to create.the hype, I think Coach is going to maximize the momentum, as they should. 3. At some point we're where all at some point will get the bag. 4. The bags is beautiful, however I didn't get that you are in love with the bag. I hope it grows on you, and yes the bag is worth it.
The hype on this bag makes it so hard not to have FOMO! I am wondering what the situation in store will be on March 1. Seems like it was a weird disorganized soft release thus far. Thanks for the review!
Great video and story! The bag is beautiful! I agree with you maybe not worth the price point. It is frustrating that Coach never seems to have its own bags for purchase online. I have to order many Coach bags with different color-ways and designs from other department stores or other websites. I agree Coach should have more stock for purchase accessible online or in store. Maybe these types of videos of customer experience will have Coach make a change!

Honestly, sometimes not all bags don’t arrive at all stores for some weird reason and if they do arrive, not all employees know because they may arrive and be sold on their day off.
Yesterday I went to test out the quilted Tabby. And I was very disappointed with that middle divider so I had to pass on it. I love my soft tabby much better
Just to let you know it do loosen up as you put your items in the bag. I have a denim coach bag as well when I first got it. It was very tight and it will loosen up as you keep putting your items in the bag.
I’m glad you finally got it. Fortunately, my experience was the opposite. I had no idea they were doing a denim collection and just happened to walk in the store on 02/17. I saw the tabby and knew I had to have it because I too like the Chanel denim classic flap, but have no intention to ever purchase it. My store did tell me it wasn’t officially releasing online until probably March, but they were selling in the store. Question: are you using anything to protect the denim?

Hi!! Great questions, so yes around the chains the edge paint or the piping around the leather is a maroon color, it’s not plum it’s brighter red than that. The leather C is almost the exact to my denim bandit shade but it’s a bit more royal blue under-toned if that makes sense! Thank you for watching! 🩷
