it makes sense, since the human can hurt monsters and instakill them because the LV murderous intentions and all that, but chara isn't a monster, so when she fights you it should be like a "equal fight"
Unlike with most Underfell megalos where it is just edginess for the sake of edginess, this actually feels like it has MEANING behind it. In many parts it actually sounds somewhat MENACING! It truly makes you feel like you are up against the last stand of some truly maniacal psychopath.
