Here is a hint for you. In order to get someone to feel a emotion, you need to get them to feel the opposite emotion first. Like, if a story requires you to get Edgar to feel Heartbreak, he needs to feel love to have something to be heartbroken about.

the reason it matters who is in what role is because the characters have different morality. isobel is evil so she thinks of poisoning someone else, instead of being so sad she poisons herself, like lenora

So far you're slowly understanding the logic of the stories Just in case you get stuck, remember that building connections or a backstory for the characters is important for a lot of the puzzles, tho i recommend that you can always mix an match the characters and scenes to see what kind of interactions will you get

Remember to not go overboard with the storytelling if it ain't what is supposed to be like during the part you made Edgar and Isobel drink wine before getting into a fight and also remember to look at the character icon expressions cuz that will tell you about their personalities like how Lenora is more innocent and Isobel is more evil

Hey mike, I love your npcs are becoming smart series and it had a kinda big Halloween update. You click the pineapple and go into the negative house 7 times. Then you go to the first house and spam the doorbell and then you get teleported to this horror place. There is 5 sub endings you can get I think you will like it.

Mike, to get the achievement where the prince saves tiny, you have to make the prince think he is saving the peincess eithot knowing that it actualy is tiny. Now how? Spoiler below. Both tiny and the princess are frogs. To make tiny a frog you need to make the witch unhappy with tiny, turning him into a frog.
