Y'all I'm so shamed! I decided to go on. a health and fitness journey. I'm trying to change my life and get real fine on these hoes. The night before I was supposed to meet with my trainer for the 1st time, I decided that I would go down to the bar where the Honda cars be. Well, that did not pan out to well for me the next day. Here's my story.

My first day back in the gym I tried to do the stair master. I lasted 30 seconds before I fell all the way off. I just put my head up and went over to the treadmills.

When you said you wanted to trade your car in, it reminded me of when I worked nights at the mall. I came out night and someone threw up all over the passenger side of my car. It was soooo much I drove it thru the late night car wash TWICE then traded it in the next morning 😂

I remember going to an intense workout class and being super dizzy afterwards. its a good thing you didnt call a uber bc that would have cost you 500 bucks for the clean up lol. Always keep you a set of emergency clothes in your trunk.
