Thanks for the informative content! I opened my childcare center 2 years ago today. I have been completely full since 4 weeks after my initial opening and I'm in the process of adding on to my facility. God is so good!

May you make a video on money flow … paying the center rent/states taxes if owned, paying for expenses that are the essentials, paying employees, or just a detailed run down for the books. I’m learning to budget & still need clarity on where money goes 1st and last.

Always get so much useful information from you experience based sharing. Thank you!!! I have a small day school in my home. I'm in the planning phases of opening my first center. In 3 years I'll be 70. I hope to ease in to being the program planner, coach and mentor to a fabulous crew by that birthday. Would love to oversee several high quality schools for our young children. It is SO needed in our area. Thanks, again for all you give.

How do you determine what to offer to an assistant director as far as promotion, pay, benefits, obligations and/or disclosure statements etc…?

What cameras or cameras system do you use ? Do you hold staff meetings during lunch or after the center closes or is it a remote setting so everyone can be home? If remote do you pay for meetings after hours?
