They stranded my friend in Turkey, left him with a expired Visa. trying to get home through Frankfurt. He still there, Hungry, no Hotel, nothing. Never fly Lufthansa

It's reli a disappointing tale and can be heartbreaking. I can imagine how your mum and friends would feel. Reli international flights can be so annoying Dere return funds policy is aching. Just enjoy your time with your husby and daughter. Nice video

It's covid time, thus a pandemic world wide. Flights changing per day, and it will continue as long we are in this stage. Best is not to fly INTERNATIONALL and don't think you are immune for this virus. Stay at home, for sure, and wait as long its needed. Your flight was canceled because they do cancel or switching flights regularly during this pandemic.

@@Samciona They only inform if you pay the service for communication. Nowadays this is not a standard anymore for airlines. It's a customer's choice

@@teceffect9826 Lufthansa doesn't charge this service. I guess she didn't book through Lufthansa but some travel agent. So the agent is supposed to inform her about flight changes
