Yes, I remember Hurricane Katrina very well. I am from New Orleans Louisiana. I am from the night ward area in New Orleans. Our house was under a lot of water and is about to come up to 19 year anniversary in the city of New Orleans. I missed the old New Orleans that I grew up in, so I understand Hurricane Katrina was bittersweet. I still think about those moments. My daughter was four years old hurricane Katrina came through so I really do know I live those moments but we evacuated the day before and I cried and I cried because we still had people from our family that was left behind, but they lived yeah I remember hurricane Katrina we made it through in the name of Jesus amen🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

I hope you get that worked out because I worked in pain for over 6 months until I couldn’t take it anymore and I stand all day. Come to find out, I needed hip surgery, bilateral at that! I’m hoping that yours is something simple and praying that these ebbs and waves are just temporary. Mine were in the beginning and then they weren’t. Glad you are handling it immediately that way you can curb whatever enthusiasm this pain has for you quickly. Our struggle is real and we know the need to keep it moving through the pain for our children. Take care and god speed with your healthcare journey.

I just hate seeing moms hurting I know how that feels and it’s no fun. I wish I would have rested more and took time out to take care of myself. I love your show and it breaks my heart to see u like this. I have come to enjoy yall. I only have 2 children and I still struggle with delegating but I’m making them do a lot more than I use to and it has made a huge difference in our lives. You are such a good person and you deserve to be taken care of sis. Good people are so hard to find these days.

Hi Shyvonne, As someone who has had to deal with impossible bosses and who was written up twice, I get your frustration. This is *my* take on how it should have gone in your case: Your director should have spoken with your immediate supervisor, who should have spoken to you about any company policy on sending emails that involve collecting and/or donating money on behalf of the company. If this was such a big no-no you should have been told immediately, not after money was collected. You should not have been written up! That's crazy. One time I was corrected by our Asst. Director very quickly after sending a Christmas greetings email to our managers. But I wonder if certain supervisors who would send out political emails were ever contacted by him 🙄.. I'm glad you were able to find something else quickly 🙂.

I feel you on the racist in pa my daughter was called the n word by 2 teachers I had to let them know that was unexceptable,she did not ask to be mixed and should keep comments to them self.When I went to principal he said he doesn't have any racist teachers ,how sad in 2022 and 2023 we are still dealing with this ,as I say we are ONE we all bleed the same and should all try to get along. I am a new subscriber and am loving u and ur family am praying u find relief from ur pain soon.

Hi Everyone, I stood up and threw the office keys at my boss and walked out. I had been the administrator for his Dads outpatient chemical dependency treatment center for 2 years, loved my job and him so much, older man. He passed away and I refused to take his kids crap, as a boss!!! 😂 He apologized and begged me to come back. NOPE I think we all have a story like this.
