I made this today minus the Monterey Jack cheese (I used 8 ounces of sharp cheddar cheese). I added some oregano and garlic seasoning.. It was soooo good!!!

EatNowCryLater hello there I am thinking of doing a mac and cheese Eating contest I love mac and cheese and we will be using your recipe for this challenge so thank you for sharing this recipe with the community
I used the box of kraft and did the same thing except i used the cheese powder stuff instead of velveta. I also used mild cheddar and mozzarella and mine turned out wonderful!
Hi if I made this before my guests arrive would it stay creamy like that or would it become too thick. I feel when I make mac and cheese and then bake it in the open it is too dry. Thanking you
I did this for a side item yesterday for our dinner and OH MY GOD!!! everyone loved it.. it was a big hit... thnxs u soooo much for the recipe... 😆😆😆😆😉😉😉😉😉
honestly I've watched a lot of Mac and cheese tutorials but yours looks the most appealing but I just have one question and one special request. I would like to know what the mustard powder does and could you please turn this video to a baked version
I can't believe she said you talk to much. 👊👊👊 I think you're hilarious, you give great breakdowns and very personable . Keep talking ! i cant wait to try this !!! Thank you!
i'm also lactose intolerant. the trick is to use lactose-free milk. the cheese/butter only have a small amount in lactose in comparison. if it's still a problem for you, buy some lactase pills at costco. 14.99 for 180 pills and 1-2 pills is probably enough if you use the lactose-free milk.
Looks delicious! I use almost the same recipe except I add a teaspoon of Worcestershire and a few drops of Tabasco! However you may improve the nutrition content of this dish by using whole-wheat pasta, skim milk and lower-fat cheese. It will taste just as good!
Looks delicious. I never make my mac n cheese al dente though. It just doesn't jive with the whole comfort food thing for me. Am sure I would love this, regardless.
Tips if you're making this for the first time: Heat the butter on low. I heated it on medium the first time and I burnt the butter. If you find that your cheese isn't thick enough, add more flour (though that's pretty much common sense).
Tried this rec.. Omg its lip smackin! Fimgah lickin! Delish! The definition of comfort food. And ur vid was precise n str8 to da point.. Thank u yummer
My mac and cheese: Boil water and cook the macaroni noodles Drain and add butter Add milk and then mustard Then add cheese (cheddar mozzarella) Then salt and pepper and boom
Put that in a casserole dish. Throw some butter soaked panko bread crumbs on top. Stick it under a broiler for a few minutes to create a crunchy browned top. Yeah buddy!
