Stracciatella Cake - easy, fabulously delicious, no bake! 

Recipe for 20cm in diameter mold:
Base
200g ground chocolate cookies
100g melted butter
Mix cookies with butter and press the mixture into the bottom of the mold.
Cream
300g cream
1 vanilla sugar
1 sachet of instant gelatin
100g melted white chocolate
100g dark chocolate shavings
Whip cream with vanilla sugar.
Add instant gelatin and continue mixing.
Add melted white chocolate and continue mixing until creamy.
Add chocolate shavings and fold them in.
Pour the cream into the mold, smooth the top and put in the fridge to set.
Glaze
100g dark chocolate
100g cream
30g butter
Put all the ingredients in the bowl and heat up in the microwave.
Mix until uniform.
Pour the glaze onto the cream and put in the fridge to set.
