Definitely have experienced some frustration going to a big box store here in Missoula, the person working on my bow claimed they knew what they where doing, when they where done working on it, I took it out and shot two arrows and I could tell it was completely out of tune, brought it to you guys and 20 min later I was back out shooting lasers 🏹 support local 100%

As always, I watch your podcasts with personal interest. I sit here watching in total agreement. I've humbly been involved in archery since the age of 3 when my dad introduced me to archery. He was an avid hunter and NFAA member/officer when I was born in 1953. Therefore I've "found" through experience, archery pro shops that satisfy my needs and expectations about one of my lifelong ways of life. I hope that you Casey and your crew, take my business and friendship in the respect that I have for you guys and lady. A few specifics that I use to compare your services to other pro shops and "variety stores" include: your respect for "my" realities of "my" archery hunting/shooting requirements and my continuing learning adventure, your depth of technological knowledge spiced with non "ego based" helpful opinions. My comment about ego based attitudes comes from past experiences. Some of my interactions with a few shops and variety stores have been laced with employees trying to boost their egos by "lavishing" their opinions and perceived superiority on me and other customers. I instantly vacate those shops. We're all relatives in this sport and there's much to learn. I've got the feeling from you and your "family" that my reality in archery equipment is fine, yet if I ask any question or have a concern then your professional expertise is right there for me. It should be quite obvious to you about my respect and desire to give my business to you and your people, considering to travel from my house to Straight Six is 185 miles, takes me through two time zones and as such is a 4 hour drive one way.
