OMC with Vietnam hat raises your river bet on a AKK45 board and you have AA-- you fold. It’s 100% quad kings. Especially if he mutters “it’s time for me to head home”, he might even have 5 of a kind.
Folding a flush to an old dude when the board pairs is pretty standard unless you want to get stacked off. If the board didn’t pair and he put him on an ace high or straight flush that would be a crazy fold.
