Om! Sabbe Satta Bhavantu Sukhi Tata! May all beings be happy! The Dhammapada says, " Avoid mental agitation.Be restrained in mind. Think good thoughts." Thank you for the discourse on Right mindfulness and Right meditation. Peace and Joy. Subham.
Though our mind likes to think we understood the technique. It takes quite a few courses to get established in vipassana. Every course that I have taken just made me realise how I misunderstood or didnt grasp it completely in the previous course. keep at it. It will change your life. The toughness also seems so due to the imbalance of the mind. which gets better as you gain more equanimity. I wish you the very best. take care :)
hey. ...u helped a lot...in..understanding it my frnd...has already applied. and. soon in august. she "ll be there. . she is a veterinary student...20rs old.....she is an alchemist....I mean great person I think she has made a best decision ever. she could make...... thanks...for ur videos.

This course is totally free. You can just donate how much ever you can.. you need to apply the course through online where they will ask you few details about you and need to wait for the confirmation from their end.
Hey..I have some doubts please clarify 1. Is there any dress code?? If no can I wear shorts? 2. Can I wash clothes during the 10day course? 3. Do I need to pode padmasana ,vajrasana..all the time or I can sit cross legged?
1. Can we take something to eat like biscuits etc secretly in our bag. 2. Can we take phone secretly in our bag. Or do they check our bags 3.is there fan in meditation cells. Do we feel execcesive heat in them or anything else.
I'm addicted to chewing tobacco, I can't stay without chewing tobacco for more than hour or I feel drowsiness and my brain stops working, I want to do vipassana because of my depression, and non stop thoughts, and constant thought of suicide. Did you met anyone on last day who was nicotine addict
@Buffoon Gaming Yeah Hope I get covid 19 but don't want to spread it in my family anyways my luck is really bad. I'm pretty sure I will just recover from it or It won't effect me at all
Hello, thank you for sharing your experience. I hope to attend a vipassasa retreat later this year. My main concern is whether I'll be able to sit for hours at a time. Do they allow breaks in between the long sessions?
You can step out for water or loo whenever you want to (except for the one hour called "strong determination" sitting - there its recommended to stay in for the whole hour). You should totally do it. Its a life-changing experience
Your answer has helped me feel more confident about the whole thing. I've started meditating for an hour a day and I'm hoping this will prepare me somewhat. Thanks again.
Sorry. I am not sure but google it. I rode a bike from hyderabad. Also I remember there is a message board on vipassana website where you can ask for lift and ppl respond. A friend of mine went from hyd to Nagarjuna sagar through such a car pool of people all going to Vipassana. Hope this helps
@@standupsanto I was not able to find any information on Google. And message board was a good idea but I think it is only available for old students. I will directly talk with the authorities for the information. Thank you for your help :)
Is there any difference between centres for vipassana as I heard mostly the nashik centre as a original. Then what about other. I have registered for mumbai and you gone to haidrabad from pune so this confused me little . Should I go?
Unfortunately, or fortunately, it takes 10 days to learn the technique. Most people need more than a ten day course to begin to understand what the.Buddha taught. Find the time if you want to get.on the path.
James Hansen that's why one can attend the course again. I went for the second time and understood things deeper. Moreover there are 20 day, 30 day 60 day courses as well.
Could you please throw some light on the accommodation? single/twin share, cleanliness and hope no bed bugs. I am not expecting any luxury but want to go prepared with the basics. will appreciate your reply. thanks
I have done the 10-Day Vipassana course. The experience is wonderful. It has brought positive changes to me and in my life matters. It has energized me more than ever before. Give it a fair trial; and you may see and receive benefits beyond your imagination. There are over 170 Centers around the world and over 200,000 people complete the 10-Day course at Free of Cost every year because someone else has already donated for you. Here is the website link for you to explore, find and register to the 10-day course that is convenient to you -- www.dhamma.org Let me clarify one thing; Vipassana is Science, science of human life. It is NOT god, spirituality, philosophy, dogma or clut etc. It is just a pure science. I'm available at reddy298@gmail.com in case you would like to contact me!
Kindly tell me, if some body got an accidental problems like operated injured leg, back pain injury once in their life,, so how would be manageable for them to sit all around a session on hard surface for a long time ..
That's not going to work. You're better off waiting and planning for as long as you have to do the real thing. Even 10 days is the bare minimum. It's supposed to be even longer ideally but they had to adjust it to modern day.
Piyush Raghuvanshi I mean yes it is beneficial in every manner. You'll learn that it is so much more than just improving our bad mental or emotional state which is temporary.
kya yaar santosh, kya tune sach mein completed 10 days course , i doubt brother u may ask me why, that's because coming out from such serene environment, look at the noise of your engine . it completely defeated your 10 days hard work. request you to go back again for 10 days and make new video, minus the dreadful engine noise
Thank for highlighting it. Morality I developed is that dhamma should be made available to everyone. One way to do that is by sharing experiences and showing them what a beautiful place it is.
