So I finally did it... I straight piped the Pajero Sport and gave it a little more breathing capacity. And? The result? I'm not sure, you tell me in the comments. But it sure is growing on me and I can confirm that I am not too old because it's not too loud!

When you switched the "next" day... I was like "who's this oak" haha! Yeah, I'd but a box back in 🙃At the end of the video the "grrr" is quite nice though.

haha yea... found a straight pipe and lost some of me in the process :P But you see, you have a family now and have to have reliable noise levels. I will enjoy it while I can.

Personally, I like the name Challenger (Aussie name), much more than Pajero sport. The sport part makes it sound like a afterthought since there is already a pajero. 😳😬 That take off sound. Not a huge fan would have put a free flow silencer in.

Yea I agree. Shouldn’t have been called a Pajero Sport. Completely different to the Pajero. Maybe the Triton Sport 😂 It sounded good and I believe the new owner has left the exhaust as is.

Hi Richard, I bought a 2010 Pajero Sport Auto 4x4 . I’m enjoying the vehicle but is struggling to find aftermarket parts and accessories for this vehicle. Do you perhaps have any contacts ?

It was always a struggle for me too. I didn’t end up doing much in terms of aftermarket. You can try contact Ewan at Flex Adventures. He had a modded PS that may be able to give you some info. Thanks for watching and subscribing

The butt dyno says yes but I never had it on a dyno. Sounded great!

Nope, put one free flow box back in, would like to no what it does to fuel consumption, that’s if you not driving after the sound.

I doubt I’ll see much of a change in fuel consumption unless it gets worse because I’m driving for the sound. But so far, no difference.

Oh well @@RichardBauer_it's mostly about where you're used to. Just my opinion overall. But I did try having a straight pipe on a manual transmission and the sound is quite different, more raw and satisfying especially ever shift 😎👍🏻 My vehicle is a Toyota Innova (only in asian countries idk if there are in other countries as well) It has a 1GD engine so it sounds so rumbly with a straight pipe 🥰

Nope nope nope nope nope. Sounds like my old Citi Golf with a hole in the exhaust. :) (Well that was halfway through the video, on the trail it does sound better).

haha yea. Had an issue with the ECU and ended up removing the piggyback chip and the noise changed for the better. Really loving it now. But you know... straight pipe the world :D
