This reminds me of my hair when i was finished transitioning and thought i cut off all my relaxed ends. Super curly in the back and loose straggly wavy ends in the front. I'm glad i cut all the damage off cause I realized all my hair actually grew in curly and not straggly. Idk if you'll read this comment but if you ever get brave enough I'd def recommend cutting off all the hair that doesn't curl up. Not a big chop but just little by little until your true pattern reveals itself.

Hey Jaleesa, I have a question for you! I recently used the Shea moisture mask for dry and damaged hair and added a little olive oil for moisture. I noticed after letting it sit with heat my curls were more defined. Would you recommend diffusing the hair in that state or would it be better if I just washed it out?
