I recommend coming down to Maui in Hawaii. Specifically lower nahiku and haiku area, home of the infamous maui waui. Weeds good, farms are pretty big, and people are generally nice
Anywhere and Everywhere there is Still Wild and Indigenous Cannabis growing.!. Hindu Kush Valley... Thailand... Lebanon was a good idea... Anywhere! I just want to thank you for All That You all do and Keep up the Good Work.!. GOD Bless all your Endeavors and Stay Safe and keep Spreading the Love!
Hay arjan. U did an expedition in north india but try one in south india because a strain known as kerala gold (iddukki gold) is famous in whole of india for its high..... Many genetics can be found here Best work by you guys....#freecannabis
Please, come to Nepal. It is a naturally rich country and I assure you that you will find some of the most amazing weed strains. You won't regret coming to Nepal 🇳🇵.
I saw a pic of a small sized Tibetan indica plant&why not explore arctic/antarctic places now.I'm personally interested in subtropical/tropical strains from south america&more...finally I think there's still many places to visit.
The Laos, northern Thailand and mid Vietnam highlands for tropical sativa landraces... Also maybe the pacific islands of Fiji, etc. There needs to be more options/interest in tropical growth hybrids. Introduce some ruderalis to these landraces and you might find a Tropical Stallion. Nice countries to be in too
Ive bought seeds from these guys twice and both times they took way longer to germinate and then didnt grow past seedling stage. Strains were white widow and flower bomb.
It may not be possible due to the cartels but I would like to see an expedition into Mexico. I grew up in San Diego and on mexican brick weed. I dream of the fields that lay south. Back in the day I grew the bag seed from the brick weed into amazing crystally nugs. I think there are some really good Mexican strains that with proper growing and curing could be some cup winners.
I'm pretty sure that Thailand,Cambodia,Vietnam would be interesting to see how they grow in that area of the world. Kerala would have been good if you go back to India.

Hi, Arjan, everyone. First, I really enjoy your documentaries. I'm also all in favor of full legalization. I also enjoyed Greenhouse when I was in Amsterdam. So, all respect! :) However, I have one concern that you might be able to address. The genetics you guys are taking back to Amsterdam are the result of years or decades (centuries?) of the artificial selection by presumably mostly poor farmers. Do they get compensated in any way when you take the strains back? This is a general problem in agriculture, of course, and in genetic engineering -- and I'm not suggesting something anticapitalist, because I realize you're a business.(Full disclosure: I'd prefer a non-capitalist system. Of course, living in the real world, I have to sell my tutoring and writing, so, I get it.) And seemingly a very ethical business, too -- I'm aware of the charity work you guys do that was noted in one documentary. But if you can shed any light on my concern, I'd appreciate it. Ideas for new docs: anywhere in SE Asia, and I would think California or the Pacific Northwest -- maybe in one or more docs. From Marin up to British Columbia. I would also be interested in more places in Europe, if it's relevant. Also, though it's not strictly strain hunting, and might be a matter of proprietary information, I'd love a doc on how your lab(s) work, and all that. I realize the legal situation in the Netherlands is, well, dicey and quite odd, so that might negate what I'm suggesting. But a kind of day-in-the-life-of might be very interesting. I really liked the shots of your operation at the beginning of one of your docs. Anyway, a thought. A show on Amsterdam's current cannabis culture would be terrific, too, especially if you do it just as you do the other documentaries: pretend, in a sense, to be seeing your home as though you were outsiders; do an anthropology of Amsterdam's cannabis culture, as it were: economics, culture, politics, etc. . Again, enjoy your work a lot -- on all levels. :) Look forward to more documentaries!
I'm craving for your next video. You must go to China....they use it as medicine for thousands of years, so there you should find some pure and ancient strains I guess...What do you think?
If u want then visit nepal Because we are popular for cannabis and known as purple himalaya due to good quality of purple haze As we are Best in Asia and Cannabis is closely related to our culture and our local people can help you in your documentry
Yeah, I have a suggestion for an expedition, North Korea. I'm to understand that poor farmers during the lean times, grow it for cooking oil, and barter and trade.
what about places in America that have legalised? Colorado, Washington State etc... surely there are some serious new strain coming out of there? and all teh outdoor weed grown in northern California. and then there is South America were Uruguay just legalised, surely they also have some funky strains for you to hunt :)
Strain Hunters isn't about finding new strains it's searching for the old original strains to preserve them. I agree though that Northern Cali would be a great stop on the tour find some of those originals.
