Team work makes the dream work! Murphy's Law...what can go wrong, will go wrong! It doesn't matter what challenges/obstacles/difficulties Timmy is faced with, he does everything with finesse & never loses his cool! Timmy is the REAL DEAL! I'm enjoying watching all the videos since I'm a new Subscriber & this is the most entertaining/educational/fun/wild & EPIC TRUCK LIFE I have ever seen on RU-vid! I could just go on & on & on but I won't because you'll see for yourself that this channel is the BEST if you love the outdoor/trucks/adventures & just pure unfiltered entertainment that never ceases to amaze you at every turn! You might be asking yourself why is this woman hyping up this channel? Well it's simple, I'm so stoked with Timmy, his life & his adventures & he's inspired me to get back out there into the wilderness & enjoy the simple things in life with no muss, no fuss, just the best way to enjoy what life has to offer & it starts with nature & an awesome 7.3 Ford Diesel engine & a few toys you'll need to get around (snowmobile, canoe, bike & a really good pair of moccasin boots to boot! LMAO!
I’ve seen ya around town but just came across your videos. A truck cabin is such an amazing idea! You should build and sell these! 😂 keep up the great videos
That was hectic! And the quality of the content just exploded. I don´t know how you even managed to film half of that life threatening situation but I guess staying calm and not loosing your humour was the best thing to do. Glad yas all survived and see you in the next episode.
This was a legit adventure. It had drama and hardship, and required effort, thought, innovation and struggle to get yourselves out of it. This was not some social media fluff as is normally the case with most travel blogs/vlogs, but some real survival situation inducing blood seat and tears, then a great and deep sense of relief when it was over and everyone made it unscathed. Well done, Mr Timmy, for knocking this vid out of the park.
All those couches. That is going to be the new line of the century.😂😂😂😂 nothing better than good natured fun-loving team friends. I had to sub for your newest Adventure
enjoyed this episode immensely. great work getting that frozen sled out of there. the audio really caught the crisp and crinkle of every movement which testified how cold it really was. glad you got lucky with the miracle of getting that diesel started. or else i suppose a guy woulda had to siphon gasoline from a sled to put into the honda generator to warm the block heater for a few more hours. sketchy to say the least. i was worried the red snow machine was going to break down as well from towing such a heavy load on bad terrain. good work!!
Our old Skidoo started like a boss all temperatures. +5 to -30 Celsius. 3 pumps on the primer, and 1-3 pulls on the string. Man I miss that old thing. Keep on keepin on 🇸🇪☀️
@@TruckHouseLife yeah but i live in norway and you need to be 18 to drive there. So i need to wait 3 more years but im exited and its perfect to winter camp in norway, sitting here in the big city off trondheim and its 14- celsius
Doncha just love it when one person' rickety wreck holds up the whole party? But--that's what friendship's for--(I guess). Like all your videos. Don't have the balls to do what you do.
GRACIAS POR ESTE VIDEO....NO .SIEMPRE ES FACIL CIERTO!! ..SIEMPRE LISTO Y PRUDENTE......HERMOSA NATURALEZA VISTAS,,, ESPECTACULARES----LO DISFRUTE💙💙🤍🤍💙💙💜💚🤍🤍---ESPERAR OTRO VIDEO 🥰🥰❄❄❄
Awesome adventure Timmy. I would love to visit that place some day. Thanks for the videos, please keep them coming. I have become a real fan of your channel. Thanks.
WOW...I just discovered you guys two weeks after this wonderful video adventure...I am a fan....I had Arctic Cat 40+ years ago...wonderful old sled...bought it used and sold it for more than I paid for it...This adventure was the real deal too...I gotta tell you....those women you have are keepers....this trip would have been crapola without their help!!! On to the next story!
Love the vids Tim! I've dreamed of living in Alaska for many years but my wife has hard enough time trying to stay warm in the Northern Virginia mountains in winter lol. Oh well, maybe we can visit sometime. Keep kicking ass bud...
Amused. I’ve actually seen this guy driving around! Always wanted to catch him somewhere, but haven’t gotten the chance to yet. Edit: Suggestion. If you see this comment, look for a cream and blue 1982 Ford Bronco drivin’ around at about 150.
Adventure for sure, I found with skidoo’s, pull the plug put some warmed up MMO in the plug hole, full choke with plugs out pull numerous times, then put plugs back in. It worked for me in -20
We'll try that next time, didn't have a plug wrench to pull out his plug (my polaris plug wrench wouldn't fit... the first thing I wanted to do was pull the plugs and clean them.
A trick I learned up in northern Quebec. When it gets cold. Pull the plugs out and warm them in your pocket. Then pull the engine over a few times to get it moving. Reinstall the plugs and a lot of the time you're off and running
nope I love your videos I sit here nice and toasty and watch you all day lol. 🇨🇦🛠️🇨🇦🛠️I chased broken sleds all over Canada in winter I done my time lol
Crazy carpet for sliding works great when zip tied or wired to the track. Long tracks may need 2. Or taking the skies off and putting them on backwards and putting the track up on the rear bumper and ratchet strapping it down makes a great tow truck for mountain sleds.
We just used the freight sled because that's literally all we had out there, it would have bent the tunnel to put his track up on my rear bumper so we didn't do that, eventually made it out haha
Beauty ! Another option for the tow if you didn't wanna use the sleigh would be to just remove the belt, then your good to go. Also a drop of gas down the cylinder heads is the old fashion jump start in cold weather should those wires be working correctly. Great vid !
I wish I could have experienced that. When things become a challenge, we create the best stories. Routine is boring. You don’t appear to have a routine : )
Thanks man, lol, yup my buddy didn't have a plug wrench (and my sleds didn't fit his plug for some crazy reason). If we could have pulled his plug and cleaned it/warmed it up we would have been fine, but what's the adventure in that;)
@@TruckHouseLife I used to live in Seattle and such. I have 2 Western Mountaineering sleeping bags💥I don't pay rent and everything I own fits in my 2004 Honda Element. Nomad 4 ever. Love your channel ❤
Starting fluid. Although with some motors, once you use it in the cold, you will always have to use it in the cold. But so what...if it wont start in the cold you need it anyway.
Was this just after Christmas? I was driving north just past long lake and recognized you heading south. Flashed my high beams and waved. Hope it wasn’t too distracting. Always stoked for your videos. I watch them with my kids at bed time and they always enjoy them too.
@@TruckHouseLife yeah, completely appropriate. My brother in law and I started watching your videos early this past summer. We made a trip down to Spencer glacier from Tok in the late summer/early fall. While we were waiting to board the train, guess who cruised by heading south on the Seward? None other than Truck House Life himself! We got a kick out of that after having just watched a bunch of your videos. Not a difficult vehicle to spot in the wild :)
@@TruckHouseLife when you guys were going over that narrow bridge ( WTF ) there was in my mind so many things that can go drastically wrong! Keep the videos coming but ALWAYS REMEMBER THE 5 P’s! Prior Planning Prevents Poor Performance! Keep living but do your best to keep safe😎👍☘️
Now this is epic content! I really look up to your resourcefulness and ability to stay calm in a situation like that. Not to mention your awesome van-cabin. Greetings from Finland, keep it up! E: Even though I don’t like using paypal, I am sure as hell gonna donate some diesel money for that SWEEEET sounding huge V8 lol
