Totally agree bro!!! With the exception to the moderation part.🤔💭beef makes up about 90% of my diet these days and I've never been healthier..... A couple of my favorite dishes?... (First one) I like to take a chuck roast and bake it in the oven at 350 degrees to an internal temperature of about 190 degrees and salt to taste.... (Second one) I'll take a London broil and sear it in a pan with homemade gee tell medium rare (internal temperature of about 130 degrees)✌️😋👍❤️💯
